Looking for a spanking scene in Heavy Metal Magazine
 

In the mid-80s (probably 83-86) I saw a cartoon in a magazine that depicted a rather interesting spanking scenario. It was presented as an actual historical cartoon the art looks somewhat Victorian. It depicts a young orphan boy from France who makes his way to the UK. Upon his arrival he is spanked by a man (the caption says something like "He expected a sweetmeat, but was instead given a sound whipping" ) he then goes to work at a spanking brothel as both a spanker and a spankee and does quite well for himself. You get to see his bare bottom in several panels. Now I could swear this was in an issue of Heavy Metal. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Do you know what issue it was in?
