What kind of school is this!?
Rowland sighed lightly on the way to his office. He was to cheek in a new student and take in a back ground check. Every and all the students here are transformed in to their younger forms so it would be easier to keep control. They kept their memory from the past though and some of the students refuse to wake up to the reality that they have been reverted to mer children.
Rowland brushed back a few strands of raven hair before entering his 'office'. Azure eyes fell on the boy who was too rowdy to just sit still and wait. A few leather restraints kept him in place. "Well, Anthony you wont be seeing fire any time soon." he said referring to why the boy was here. Rowland walked over and picked up a chair and set it in front of The boy and sat down as he clicked his pen ready to start with the questions |
Tony struggled aganist the leather straps holding him in place. "Who are you?" Why am I here?"

"I am Rowland., and you my friend are here because you burned down a couple of theaters in town." he explained "You are also accounted for theft and impersonating an officer of the law."He sighed lightly as he began to jot down a few things

Tony laughed "Yeah so what you gonna do about it."

"Make you relive your child hood and make you in to a propper gentel man,." he said before rising. he picked up a small box that wa sbehind the wood desk and set the box on top before opening it. "You will beishued a set of four uniforms, a book, and a demarit card," he had reached in and picked up each iteam as he went down the list. Then he held the demaret card up
"Get ten demerits and you will be punished, loose your demerit card and you will be punished... understand?" he simply asked "You must be wearing your uniform at all times, you must have you demerit card at all times. Your card counts as you Identification Tag. Now is there any question you have for me? I f you do then nows a very good time to ask." |
"How will I be punished old man? I can't see you punishing me at all."

Rowland wasn't that old yet so he merely frowned "Keep up that attitude and you soon find out how. " he said before replacing emerying in the box and flipped through a few papers on the clip board "You'll be assigned barracks number Twenty-one...So lucky You..." barracks twenty-one contained some real trouble makers. |

Rowland simply ignored the boy's request as he finished fixing his box and taped it shut.He then reached down to his desk and tied the DC to a neck tie and placed it over the boy, He reached down and unstrapped his wrists and stepped back as he picked up his radio and pressed the button and called for Kevin to escort the boy to his barracks |
Tony bolted forward kicked the man and grabed his radio. "I am in control here now you fucker."
