Recruiting for a Spanking Related Android App.

I have a little bit of money set aside for developing a Spanking related Android App.
I was looking for potential developers.

However I had several requirements.
Firstly I am only interested in serious developers. If you don't have any experience or qualifications in this area, your a probably not what I am after.

Secondly I am mainly interested in Scala developers. If you have experience with functional programming or another JVM language (Java, Clojure, Kotlin etc). I would still be interested

Other valuable skills:
Android development (in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Clojure)
reactive design
LMDB
zio
functional programming (eg Haskell, Erlang, Scalaz, cats, monix, fs2)

If you are interested please PM me your typical hourly rates and your CV.

This is a great idea but it’s going to be hard to get this game approved on many store formats even of its free cause the mature content of it I love the idea of it and hope you can make something I use to make 3D spanking content

I am aware of the limitations of the play stores.
I am still looking for more developers.
Send me your CV if you are interested.

ps
Having programmed in Java most of my professional life, I moved to Scala a few years ago, and I have never looked back.
More recently ZIO came out, and made it much easier to code large applications.
Scala is not the place to start if programming is a hobby on the side.
And for gaming making, you probably want to pick the game engine first - and then the language is decided for you (although Scala is still on the table for any JVM game engine)
However if you want to do JVM (ie runs on almost anything), browser (scala-js), android or native (windows/linux/mac etc) code, then Scala is a good way to go.

I thought I might make a second attempt to recruit in this forum.
I have also updated the requirements.
Let me know if anyone is interested.

Hello,

I’m a Java dev, though right now l work on a Node.js project.
I’m going to have some time to work on a side project soon. (In about 3-4 weeks)
No actual experience with android or Scala, but did do some studying on the side for Android and Kotlin and wrote a bit of code for my own fun.

If you are interested in more details, send a PM, l’ll get there on the weekend probably.
Then we can talk about the project and what needs to be done.

I'm curious why you would start from the ground up on an app like this when you can export to android from pretty much every major game engine these days. Seems like that would fulfill this project's requirements much faster than starting from zero.

What does your design doc look like? It would probably help you get more interest if you laid out what you actually want to make.
