Sorority Fairies (for wheels)
 

It had been a while since the end of the Grand Magic Games. Fairy Tail was once again the strongest magic guild in Fiore, and things had been — mostly — turning back to what they used to be, with a few changes.

One of such was Erza's newfound relationship with Kagura Mikazuchi, the little sister of Simon, who'd died seven years ago at the Tower of Heaven. At first they were fighting over Kagura's hatred towards Jellal, but now they shared a sisterly bond the likes of that Mirajane had with Lisanna. Unfortunately, belonging to different guilds meant they did not get to see each other as often as they would have liked to, and as such each and every time they managed to visit it was a time for celebration. This one was not different in that sense, but at the same time was very special:

"You know what," Erza said to her teammates. "We won't have anything important happening at the guild too soon, right? Go back without me, I would like to stay here for a few days. You know, help clean the mess we made"

As usual whenever Team Natsu was around, they managed to make a mess in the restaurant of Mermaid Heel, Kagura's guild. If she had been honest with herself, Erza wanted to stay mostly to spend some time with her little sister, though she would certainly help them with the mess as well.

"That is, if you girls don't mind me staying, of course"

Well, they didn't!

To say Erza was glad to stay would be an understatement. Not even an hour after her team left, she and Kagura were already planning a mission to do together the next day. They had to leave at morning, so the redhead didn't stay up too late.

"You should get some sleep too" She told Kagura just before leaving. Most at Fairy Tail would've realised it was not really a request. "So don't stay up too late, okay? See you at the station by the morning. Good night, girls"

Erza kissed Kagura's forehead and waved everyone else goodbye, then left. She was excited for the next day. She only hoped Kagura would do as she said and get some sleep - she wouldn't allow the girl to go without proper rest, and missing the train would certainly be more than a bit annoying.

By the next morning, the Fairy Queen was at the station waiting for Kagura to show up.

Kagura felt great happiness when Erza decided to stay. The young woman barely got to see her new older sister since they were at different guilds. She couldn’t get to know the person that saved her from years of slavery due to this. However, it seemed Erza decided to change this by stay. Kagura smiled and gave the girl a hugz She appreciated the older woman wanted to spend time with her. Kagura also liked that she would clean up the mess considering how Wendy, Gray, Natsu and Wendy could do. Mainly Gray and Natsu of course.

Kagura spent the rest of the day cleaning. The young woman also planned a mission with Erza, which she felt great excitement for. It would be fun taking on monsters or wizards with someone stronger than her. The mission was S class, so they would be gone for a day. Both were good enough to go in that mission since they were both S class wizards. It would be a challenge and she would have time to impress her sister.

Kagura had gone home not long after Erza left. However, the girl had stayed up late reading about to sisters in fiction novels. she’s had no idea how to be a good little sister for Erza. She had been one for Simon, but he was male and they had been young. Kagura wanted to treat Erza with respect after all. Well…. she stayed up late and slept in a hour past.

Kagura got up quickly and ran to the station hoping a train would come soon. Kagura knew Erza would be mad for missing the train, but also staying up too late. The young woman did not sleep last night and her eyes had bags. She slept for about five hours as she fell asleep at 4:30. It was now 9:30. The girl had packed last night so it didn’t take long.

Soon Erza came into sight. “I’m so sorry I over slept. Next train is in a hour and a half it won’t be too long. Again I’m sorry my magic alarm didn’t go off,” Kagura said playing it off. She didn’t want to admit fo staying up too late.

When Erza woke up that morning, she had plenty of time to take a bath and change - which actually took only a few seconds, thanks to her Requip magic - before leaving for the station. Not unlike Kagura, the excitement had made it difficult for the redhead to sleep at first, but fortunately she managed to overcome that problem. She looked at the clock - it was around 07:00 AM when she arrived at the station. There was no need to pack anything at all due to her magic, which allowed her to simply storage everything in a pocket dimension.

Although the Titania was not expecting Kagura to show up too early, as time passed she began to grow impatient. What was taking her so long?! The train would soon be there. Fifteen minutes later, it did arrive at the station. By then, Erza Scarlet was really upset, and even more so when it left the station at 09:00. Still no sign of the Mermaid Heel mage. For a moment the redhead even thought of going alone just to teach her a lesson, but decided not to. Maybe Kagura had a reason to be late.

Thirty minutes after the train left, Erza finally stood up from the bench and was about to leave when she finally saw Kagura running up to her. Indeed, the Fairy Tail mage was upset, but she took her time to analyse her sister's condition. It would not take a genius to notice the bags under her eyes, which could only mean one thing-

"You didn't get much sleep, did you?" As always, Erza did not bother to play dumb. She sighed and shook her head. Kagura obviously had not gtten as much rest as she'd be comfortable with. Ignoring the girl's explanation, she looked her right in the eyes and spoke again, and this time her tone was very clear: Erza did not want to hear a long excuse about it and was not bothering about the train anymore at that moment. She wanted an answer. "At what time did you go to sleep?"

Kagura felt nervous when going to the train because she had seen what an angry Erza would do to her guild mates when they misbehaved. A few times at the games and even yesterday she saw Erza take them over her knee. Just yesterday Gray and Natsu got into an argument. Soon after both boys had stood in separate corners of the guild sobbing and rubbing their bottoms. For this reason Kagura knew she needed a good excuse, but when it came down to it Kagura had nothing.

Kagura stood there nervously as Erza questioned her about her bedtime. Kagura had predicted this would happen, but despite this she froze. Kagura couldn’t think of a good excuse at all. The stern eyes of Erza made the girl feel like a guilty child. Kagura had to tell the truth or Erza would just be more angry. Plus, all the books she read yesterday talked about how Kagura should tell the truth.

“I…. no I stayed up till four am reading. I was trying to figure out how to be a good sister. Guess I failed on that one. I’m sorry Erza I didn’t mean to miss the train,” Kagura said. She knew Erza would also be mad for not taking care of herself properly.

Given their current relationship, Erza had indeed considered the possibility of having to spank Kagura at some point, though she did not expect it to happen too soon. That thought immediately returned to her mind as she watched the Mermaid Heel mage's nervous reactions to her stare, and even more so when she heard her response.

"I see" The redhead said calmly, though she did not bother to hide how upset she was. She sent a last glance at the station clock. They had roughly an hour and a half, which could only mean one thing. "Seeing that we have time before the next train arrives, I think we should talk. Privately. Mind if we use your room?"

It clearly was not a request either, as Erza didn't even wait for an answer before she started walking. She was not angry per see, not the way she would be with her teammates, but at the same time the Titania obviously was not pleased either.

Kagura really wasn’t sure how mad Erza would be. Sure, Erza couldn’t possibly be thrilled with her staying up late or pushing the mission behind. However, no one else would do this mission. This meant her stunt caused a inconvenience not a mission failure. She could use this logic with Erza if she got to upset. Kagura was hoping that since the sister relationship had newness Erza would not try to spank her, but if she did this was her excuse.

The thought of not receiving a spanking went way when Erza asked her to come into the room. Her body when pale and she trembled a little. Anytime Kagura saw one of Erza’s guildmate called i’m for a ‘talk’ when she was annoyed meant they left rubbing their butt. “What do we need to talk about? I could just rest on the bench,” Kagura said.

Kagura did follow though not brave enough not to. Kagura could hear the sternness from her older sister. She followed Erza into a room before coming up with excuses. “I’m sorry. I lost track of time. I didn’t mean to miss the train. It set us back sure, but the mission will still be there. So… it’s not the end of the world,” She said.

"Look, I'm really not in the mood for a discussion" Was Erza's response to Kagura as soon as they entered the room a few minutes later. As always, the Fairy Queen went for a very direct and no-nonsense approach. "You know what you did wrong- yes, we missed the train, and yes, I'm upset. I told you not to stay up late. And the train is not the only problem. It's clear to me you did not get as much rest as you should, and I am not allowing you to go on a S-Class mission when you are so tired."

The redhead paced around as if looking for something as she scolded Kagura. Another sigh left her mouth when Erza grabbed a chair and pulled it to the middle of the room. Every second that went on made it even more clear what the Fairy Tail mage had in mind. She looked straight into Kagura's eyes with a stern expression as she sat down, arms crossed just below her chest. Surprisingly, she was still acting in a relatively calm manner.

"So... you have two choices. I know you are aware of how I deal with my colleagues when they act up. The first one: we will return to the guild and do no mission together at all, and you will get early bedtime for the next few days" She made a pause to watch Kagura's reactions, knowing the girl probably had little to no experience with that kind of punishment, despite having witnessed it a few times. After a few seconds, Erza continued. "Or... you can go over my knee right now. I will spank you, then we'll wait for the train and you can get some sleep on the way. Choose."

It was very unusual for Erza to give anyone a choice on that matter, but she did not want to force Kagura over her knee - at least not this time.

Kagura gave Erza a nervous look when they walked into the room. She had to agree that she shouldn’t have been late because Kaura wasted Erza’s time. Erza could have done this alone easily probably. Erza had done a lot of S rank missions alone and had planned too, but brought Kagura so they could spend time together. Kagura did waste her older sister’s time.
Kagura just looked down not daring to look up ashe listened.

Kagura’s eyes widened when she heard her choices. Sure, she expected to be treated like a child and had seen Erza do it with others. However, it was another thing to have the lecture done to her as well. The young woman stood there annoyed with the older woman. How dare Erza treat her like a child for a minor thing? She was the leader of the Mermaid Heels. Kagura had to stand her ground respectfully to Erza.

“I choose neither of those options Erza. I am the leader of the Mermaid Heels and can handle an S-class without sleep. I know I shouldn’t have been late and wasted your time, but I’m not a kid or reckless like Natsu. I understand why you’re upset, but I don’t think I need a bedtime or spanking like a kid. You’re my older sister not my mother,” Kagura explained. The girl had been blunt, but not too rude in her opinion.

Sure, since this was the first time she'd seen Kagura act up Erza didn't want to be as harsh with her as she would usually be. To her credit, she really tried to - but it all went down rather quickly when the girl gave her attitude on top of everything else. Now the redhead definitely was not giving her a choice anymore. Her expression became stricter than before and her armor was replaced by more casual clothes. It wouldn't take a genius to realise that now she was annoyed.

"Say whatever you want, you are not allowed to go on a S-Class mission without sleep, and that is final! Doesn't matter what you are. And you know what? If that's how you want things to go, then I am choosing for you." Deciding she was not going to argue with the girl anymore, Erza stretched out her arm towards Kagura and spoke in a very stern and commanding way. It was a rare enough thing that she'd given her a choice before, but now the spanking was going to happen. "Come here."

Although she did not rise from that chair, it was pretty obvious that the redhead would if Kagura didn't obey. Her stern gaze watched carefully, looking for any sign of defiance. If she was to be a big sister figure for the Mermaid Heel mage, then she had to make it very clear who was in charge there and what the rules were. "Now!"

Kagura had not meant to annoy her older sister at all, but she certainly managed to. The girl just didn’t want to be bossed around like a child, which Erza was doing. Kagura wanted to stand her own ground, but the sterness in Erza’s eyes shut Kagura up. That look even made Natsu and Gray tremble. It made Lucy and Wendy terrified. Kagura just stood there unsure of what to do.

Eventually Kagura came to reason and realized that she had one option. Well… two that would become one. She could either take her spanking like an adult and willingly go over her sisters knee or be forced over like a child. Kagura decided to walk towards Erza willingly, but she would still give her opinion.

“I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude, but… you’re treating me like a kid Erza. I don’t need a spanking or for you to threaten me with early bedtimes. I’m a young adult Erza,” Kagura said. Her patience had started to run thin.
