Advice for Self-spanking (and a spanking assignment to do?)
 

Hi everyone!
As of lately, I had been very lazy and have been slacking off my duties, and I think I need to be punished.
Since I don’t have anyone to spank me, I decided to start spanking myself :p

Does anyone have some advice for that?
My pain tolerance is pretty high, and I’d need some advice on how to punish myself more painfully.
The tools I have are: my hand, a ping-pong paddle, a thick cable (basically a switch) and a ruler.

Also, based on these implements, can someone make a punishment for me?
I’ll follow it through to my best extend, any corner time or other punishments are also welcome!
