Fingernails poll
 

It seems funny... but it occurred to me that the majority of the spankos (both male and female) I have ever met in person had very short trimmed fingernails. More than the population average of them may also be nail biters. I'd love to learn if this was a coincidence or not.

Well I am a female spanko :D and for as long as I could chew I bit my nails after high school I got artificial nails but now I am growing my own but keep them trim :)

Voted. I'm in my early twenties and I still bite my fingernails - occasionally my toe-nails if I can't find my clippers and ones annoying me ^^;

I probably always will, long fingernails don't appeal to me, I use the tips of my fingers all the time now instead of the pads so even if I grew them to the normal length for men I'd find it intolerable.

I never have bitten my fingernails, and I keep them medium length. Partially because I am too lazy to cut them - my fingernails are really weak and they ought to be shorter. I don't really have great nails at all...some people think I bite them if they see them after I've forgotten to trim and they break and split on their own. x_x

I did bite my fingernails for some time but luckily was able to stop doing it. I like wearing them long (not too long of course) and I try to keep them like that. It's hard as I have very weak nails and they break very easily, especialy when they get too long or when I'm writing on my PC.
For now however I have fairly short ones becouse like said it's hard to grow them and I can't realy have too long due to my line of work. Now are vacations so I don't have to worry :D

Though I do not bite my nails. I keep them moderately short, with just below, the skin. As well as others, my nails are weak, they bend and the skin underneath my skin breaks.......and it huwts alooooooot :(. But then again, I'm a big baby, lol. To say, yes I am a spanko, and my nails are moderately short.

I don't bite my nails, but I do destroy them. When I'm idle, I tend to pick at them unconsciously, and when they break I just make them short.
