Harley Quinn: Project Diamond
 

It was a rainy day in Gotham city as usual and a young girl with a hood up trudgled through the street a puddle splashing under her feet as she made her way up to the apartment. SHe lifted a file up and peeked into it and closed it. She then walked over to the door of the apartment number that was in the file that was in fact Harley and Ivy's place. She knocked on the door. The girl had white skin and blonde hair in pig tails with red and blue on each side just like Harley. She looked to be about 7 years old and wore a black hoodie, a black skirt and combat boots. They looked to be worn out the clothes she wore. The girl had blue eyes as well and was quite adorable. She waited for someone to answer the door. MEanwhile inside the apartment Frank was sitting on the couch being his usual self just sitting on the couch. Hen oticed Ivy walking over to the door "WHo the hell could that be!?!" he asked "I thought Clayface and King were away on business!" he said shifting ab it on the couch. He then looked out the door as Ivy opened just watching carefully "Oh are they selling cookies?! Ill take two boxes!!" he said nodding "I want thin mints and samoas!!" he said nodding a bit unsure of who this girl was at the front door.

"No, Frank, we already have Girl Scout cookies. We have the thin mints and trefoils. Plus we have Chips Ahoy, Oreos, vanilla sandwich cookies, Mrs. Field's, Keebler, and Pecan Sandies, because all you ever think about is eating." Ivy may or may not have been a little annoyed with Frank for eating the mailman the previous day. She looked down at the girl at the doorstep and huffed a little. "Anyway. If you're here to raise money for new little league jerseys or something then sorry, but I don't have any cash on me." She began to close the door slowly.

The girl then spoke quickly before the door shut "I'm looking for Harley Quinn. I think I may be related to her!" She said putting his boot in the door stopping it before it shut all the way hoping Ivy heard her. Frank just stared as he even heard what the girl said "Oh shit..." he said as he quickly stood up and headed into the kitchen to get some cookies because now that he thought of them he wanted them. Frank sat in the kitchen earing cookies. The blonde girl still at the door looking up with pleading eyes "Please I really need her help" she said narrowing her eyes at Ivy through the slot in the door

Ivy was immediately on her guard. This sort of thing had to be a trap, and she wasn't about to walk right into it. "What do you mean, related to her? You look like her, sure, but there are hundreds of girls in Gotham City who copy Harley's style. How do you know you aren't looking for one of them?" Ivy began to close the door again. "Move your foot, please."

The girl frowned but didn't move her foot "I was created In a lower level of Arkham Asylum. Project Diamond. They are trying to clone ex arkham inmates to make a new suicide squad..." she said huffing "I don't care if you believe me. I need to speak to Harley!!!" She said. She then crossed her arms over her chest refusing to move her foot from the door "My foot can stay here forever..." she said frowning more. "Now stop being so stubborn and get her for me!!" She said then slipped the file through the door showing her the file on Harley Quinn and some of the experiments they are doing. She then sighed "Just look st the file. There's even one based off you... Poison Ivy" she said narrowing her eyes. If we don't stop them bad things will happen" she said. "They've messed with your old garden at arkham. They are up to something in there called Project Sprout" she said

Ivy was very tempted to use her vines to remove this kid from the door. "Would you please stop it? Harley and I have spent the past few years distancing ourselves from Waller and the Suicide Squad. Whatever they're doing, it's not my problem."
"Babe!" came a voice from inside. "What's going on? Who's at the door?"
"Your clone or something, babe," Ivy called back. "I don't even know."

The girl frowned some more "well I'm not removing my foot from the door until I'm heard!" She said crossing her arms over her chest. She then looked at Ivy again through the crack "Please just let me speak to Harley. I'll do anything!" She said as tears started to well up in her eyes as she felt hopeless. She really wanted to help her friends but this plant woman wasn't making it easy. She had tears streaming down her white cheeks as she looked at Ivy "P-Please! i really need help!!" he said as she started to cry harder now. She then started ti hiccup from crying so much. She looked really upset because in all honestly she just wanted to save her friend and get revenge on the poeple that hurt her more than anything in the world.

Ivy was adamant that she and Harley were NOT getting involved in Suicide Squad business, but she hadn't really meant to upset the kid this much. She put a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Ugh. All right, don't cry. I'll get her. Harley! Come in here please."
Soon after, Harley appeared at the door. Ivy handed the girl a tissue for all of the tears and snot she was excreting adorably. Harley looked strangely at the crying child who looked like her. "Who are you? Never mind, come in. Are you hungry?"

The girl looked up at her sniffling and then walked inside "I-I havent eaten in 4 days" she said hiccuping softly and using the tissue to dry her eyes. She then soon was sitting at their dining room table and tje smell of food started to fill her nose which made her stomach growl hunger lying. She was a very skinny girl whose ribs were visible under her shirt as she took her Hoodie off and hung it in the back on the chair. As soon as the food was placed in front of her she quickly started eating with her hands not even bothering to wait for utensils. She then polished off the plate quickly and looked up at Harley "I'm from the secret labs of Arkham... she said "I was created from your DNA" she said nodding a bit "Those people treated me really bad. I just want someone to help me stay away from them" he said. Her arms had bruises and scars all over them as well as some pretty deep cuts thay looked infected with some bruises.

Harley thought the solution was rather clear. "Not for nothing then, kid, but why don't you just stand in the street and start screaming 'SUPERMAN!' really loudly or something? Eventually he'll hear you and you can tell him what's going on. He'll probably walk into Arkham and solo everyone. Ivy and I can't do that. Besides, doesn't staying in Gotham put you at a higher risk? If you call Superman, he'll probably take care of that too. He'll find a place for you to stay in Metropolis. He's not just going to let a child be homeless. Or you can scream for Wonder Woman. She'll solo them too and then probably take you to live on that island of lesbians with her."
