The Boy Who Spanked (for dirtyferdi)
 

Hagrid led the most important boy in the wizards' history through the Diagon Alley. 11 years old Harry looked positively tiney along with the giant massive bearded man, who carried his books, broom and even the cage with an owl in it. On the way Hagrid continued to explain to the kid, who only recently found out about his heritage and powers, what the Potter bloodline is capable of.


"Not only you're a wizard, Harry... oh no! You already know about You-Know-Who, but there is the other thing too... I ahd no time to explain. You see, there are a few wizard families who have special rights, duties and priveleges... And your family, the Potters, is one of them! The Potters, they were supposed to establish good behaviour, manners and morals among the witches... And since you're the last of the blooodline" Hagrid covered his mouth, not wanting to upset the boy witha grim reminder. "Um, anyway, the right is now all yours."

“The right” harry echoed with big eyes. That sounded really magical like everything else the big guy had told him so far.
He couldn’t believe that this was true but he could see it. Everything with his own eyes and it was wonderful. There was this strange bar which sold thousand eye soup, and than the magical wall thst led into this even more amazing alley. Everything was do interesting here he didnt know where to look at first.

Of course the shops were very interesting but also the houses which seemed to move from time to time and of course the people. Everyone wore these strange looking robes, pointy hats and stylish boots. He himself just had an oversized jogging pants and a torn shirt.

He looked up at Hagrid again, who also didn’t looked like he would match into the crowd to well, and tapped him onto his hip. He couldn’t reach any further.

“What do you mean with the Right? Do i have dome strange innate Power that i dont know or is there some special Talisman? I once read a book about a Wizard that had a sword which could turn into Flames. Is it something like that?” He wanted to know.

"Well, yes, a little something like that" Hagrid mumbled. He reached with his big fingers into one of the packages he was carrying. "Help me a little, Harry..." he lowered the package to the boy's level and alowed Harry to take an elagant silver ring shaped like a little belt. "Yes, this. See, that ring will only work on the finger of the Potter true heir. While you are wearing it... well..." the giant blushed under his wild beard. "No woman can prevent you from,ahem, giving her a punishment. In, you know, the traditional way..."



Hagrid cleared his throat andlooked around, wishing to change the topic rather then explain the young boys more details on that subject. And the distraction was right there! "Harry, I almost forgot! You need a robe for school. And just spare clothes, your nasty uncle and aunt did not give us any... That's the best place to buy it!" The huge man led Harry to a couzy, though seemingly very old building with a sign "Madam Malkin's Robes for all Occasions" above the purple doorway.

“The traditional way” he echoed with big eyes. He had no clue what that meant but it surely would be as magical as anything else that happened to him since this morning.

He took the ring from hagrids big hand. It looked like a little marble when he held it but in harrys hand it looked almost to big for hus fingers but once he put it on the belt line ring shrunk dien a few numbers. Now it sat tightly around his finger and it felt nice and warm. He moved hus Hand a bit but the ring didn’t fall of it was a good fit.

“You think so? Well maybe your right i do look a hit shabby. Never fave it much thought. But how do we pay for it?” He wondered inspecting his oversized shirt as hagrid led him to a small tailors shop

"But Harry, we took some of your inheritence. It will be more then enough too pay for a bunch of robes, along with all the other stuff" Hagrid smiled. He opened the shop's door and let the boy in, then bent over almost to half of his height to get in as well.


The shop was filled with robes of all colors, some simple, some very fancy, femine or serios looking. An elderly woman in an elegant violet robe with her grey hair in a tight bun saw the customers and hastily approached them with a kind smile.


"Welcome, welcome! I am madam Malkin. I guess the young man needs a robe for the new school year?"

Harry looked around baffled when he heart the ground knocking under him. Hagrid had entered too and seemed almost to big for the room. He stood there and looked even bigger with all the school robes around him. He reminded Harry of the old story about an elephant in an porcelain shop. Always careful not to break anything.

„Well yeti suppose youre right. I do need some school robes and if you have some other clothes as well. I am afraid I have only the clothes that I wear rightnow and all of them are used and to big. I would really appreciate some casual stuff together with my robes. A pair of jeans, some shirts and pullovers. Also underwear would be great. My friend here is paying he has my money“ he asked the lady wondering if she had listened to him.

It seemed she still looked at Hagrid. Maybe she was worried that he broke trough her floor. He didn’t liked the way she looked at his first Friend ever even if he could understand her reason if his assumptions were correct. But than she nodded and send a magical band to him together his information before she startet to command various types of fabric Topform his new wadrobe all the time keeping an eye on Hagrid as he carefully moved around.

Madam Malkin took the measueres and proceeded to make and fit the robes on Harry, consulting on his preferences in colors, fabric and so on (which he, as most 11 years old boys, did not really have). The store was nor advertizing jeans and sweaters, but it actually had them too due to the growing amount of Muggle-born clients.


Soon Malkin made a neat stack of different clothes, with tighty-whities and socks on top and levitated them to the changing room. "I belive the young master will want to re-dress right now and also make sure eevrything fits. Which I guarantee!" the witch smiled.



She then turned to hagrid, at whome madam Malkin was gazing every now and then. "Could you... maybe... wait outside? I think it might take some time and, well, i have a lot of fraigle fabrics here." she said witha slightly staribned smile, though still in a friendly manner.
