Dragon Bums Z: Super Saiyan Smacka (UniverseMan)
 

Conton City is a city full of many Time Patrollers, people from different times and dimensions who travel to different other times and dimensions to either fix time rifts or do jobs/massions/tasks given to them by people from certain timelines. Be it collect Dragon balls for someone who wants to look five years younger or help Z Fighters train for when the Saiyans attack, these tasks all vary in various. And many vary in how successful they've been. Though at least the harder missions, or even some of the simpler ones, often involve multiple Patrollers working together to achieve their goal, which itself usually leads to many bonding friendships or even become full on official teams.

All except one.

One who is openly ignoring the ranting of a few others as she walks away from them. What are they complaining about? Refusing to help them when they're struggling in fights? Taking the Dragon Balls and using them on a fashion accessory she desired instead of giving them to their client? Maiz wasn't listening so the raven haired beauty has no clue as she was walking away.

Who is Maiz? She is a raven haired Saiyan girl, who from the moment she went through the Patroller Academy, has been labeled to have amazing potential to be one of the greatest. And at first Maiz genuinely looked great with successful mission after successful mission...but then something happened. Maybe it could be all the praise went to her head? Or maybe she has grown lazy in all her success? Whatever the case that girl - who's body, discounting half her cleavage, neck and hands, is covered in an extremely thin layered black bodysuit. Though the bottom of the bodysuit can be best described as a glorified black thong while there are some thing cloth hanging down to her knees - seem more interested in her accessory - golden, ruby encrusted, braclets on her wrist, which happen to match the kinds around her knees and ankles - than anything around her...

Which itself could lead to why Maiz managed to bump shoulders, rather roughly might I add, with someone else but instead of saying anything - or even blinking in that person's direction - the girl, who probably be Super Saiyan Two alredy if it wasnt for her laziness, paused to look more concerned...at her ruby and gold bracelet. "Phew, almost got a scrath on this," the black ponytailed brat sighed in relief, as if forgetting that her wish involved making said bracelets invincible.

The person that Maiz had bumped into was a pink-skinned woman with white hair tied into a ponytail wearing a gi styled the same that the female majins usually wear only hers was colored dark blue for the bottoms and lime green for the top while also leaving her midriff and her arms, shoulders, and some of her chest. She also had her own pair of Potara Earrings as well. Her name is Bassi, an apprentice kai who while gifted in combat wasn't chosen to become A Supreme Kai however Chrona was still impressed with Bassi's skills and invited her to ConTon City to help train Time Patrollers along with Trunks.

Bassi's day was going relatively well after just getting back from a sparing session and while she was heading towards the Patroller Academy to relay that particular patroller's progress however she was then taken off her feet and to the ground dropping to her hands and knees. Bassi groaned and while she was getting herself back up it seems that Maiz herself was only concerned about her bracelet. "Excuse You! I think you have something to say to me?" Bassi questioned her thinking Maiz was going to give an apology or something else along those lines after being bumped into by the female Saiyan.

Considering how majorly important Kais usually are most people whole stop and notice the moment one appears nearby, as usually they're only around for something that could massively effect everyone, so no one could blame Bassi if she were surprised to be bumped into. Just like it wouldn't be too much of a surprise if a lot of people around were to freeze and stare in shock when Bassi was knocked down to her hands and knees. Such carelessness! This is a mighty powerful Kai and everyone would go out of their way to never cross one in any kind of negative fashion.

'Excuse You! I think you have something to say to me?'

All except Maiz as she seemed set to walk away without even acknowledging what happened until hearing Bassi's voice call out towards her. So at least the ponytailed Saiyan turned to look down towards the Kai woman...with a look of genuine disinterest. "Yeah, watch where you're walking. You could've damaged something that is worth more than the crap you're wearing." Wait...so first Maiz bumped into Bassi, then instead of apologising she acts like the Kai was the one who bumped her and insult her appearance before turning to turn her back on the pink-skinned woman. How huge is the ego of this bratty beauty!?!

Such a response shocked Bassi. Not because of her race, however, but more of her audacity. Bassi knew Saiyans had egos and pride but for this one to bump into her and now instead of offering an apology, she was assuming that the Kai herself was at fault. While granted, Bassi would take some of the blame however this rude behavior from this female Saiyan was rubbing her the wrong way. Doing her best to try and think of her next words carefully.

"What did you just say? We bumped into one another, You're just as in the wrong as I am and all you care about is that tacky bracelet your wearing?" Bassi questioned. Normally she would never start insulting people out of nowhere as from past experiences people would know her she was a patient person however in less than half a minute she has known this Saiyan, she has not only lost her patience but also her cool. "You need to pay more attention to your surroundings and other people than just yourself." She scolded and also advised her believing that this attitude could lead her into much more trouble either with her or with someone else.

The audacity of this raven haired woman to be so rude towards, and even point all the blame on, this stranger she has barely met a couple second ago. It is almost as if the female Saiyan either don't care who are watching, or even potentially judging, her or straight up using this public location in some kind of possibly mean attempt to belittle and maybe even embarrass this Kai. Either if any of those are her intention or not, Maiz ain't showing any sign of either desire as she seemed unbothered by being told that she is also in the wrong.

'all you care about is that tacky bracelet your wearing'

"Tacky? This?" was spoken out with a greatly offended tone of voice as Maiz quickly turns toward Bassi before stepping towards the stronger woman while pointing at one of her bracelets. "This is valuable fashion! So valuable I borrowed some Dragon Balls to make them indestructible. The only thing around here tacky looking are those dopey earrings you're wearing," huffed and hissed out the big bottomed brat's lips as she even dare to cross her arms and pout, almost appearing like a bratty child instead of a bratty beauty, when Bassi tried to advise the irritating Saiyan about paying more attention to others. "I only pay attention to those who are worth my attention," Maiz coldly stated, almost matter-of-factly in her tone of voice, before trying to turn away from the woman she is crumbling the patience of.

"This is valuable fashion! So valuable I borrowed some Dragon Balls to make them indestructible."


"Such a waste of the dragon's power." Bassi thought to herself once she heard that line from Maiz. However, she once again got angry when she heard Maiz insulting her earrings. "Excuse me? These are traditional Potara Earrings with more power and importance in one than both of your bracelets combined. Even you should know the basics of that, or does your ego block anything else from entering that brain of yours" She fired back before continuing to scold and berate the female Saiyan in front of her. "Gods above, I heard some Saiyans can be arrogant and stubborn to a point, but you by fair are the brattiest Time Patroller I've ever had to the displeasure of encountering." Bassi scolded Maiz not even sure if the bratty Saiyan in front of her was actually listening. Probably even more embarrassing was the fact that the two of them seemed to be gathering somewhat of a small audience, some people even having the displeasure of working with Maiz in the past as well and sharing the same sentiments. By this point, all Bassi knew was that she was probably one insult away from disciplining this brat herself no matter what the consequences would be from the Supreme Kai of Time.

To most people Potara Earrings would be considered extremely important, be it for their heavy history or immense power, so the fact that Maiz has to be told just shows how arrogant this brat is, even more than the normal Saiyan, as she seems almost switched off about the people that are gathering around the two women. Maybe her ego needs a major reality check? Then again, who has the power - or even drive - to give such a check to arguably 'the brattiest Time Patroller' in ConTon City? "And while people keep making white noise about nonsense," the scantily dressed Saiyan started with a rather nonchalant shrug, clearly unimpressed or unaffected by the Kai's scolding. "I can vaguely remember something about those Potara Earrings...and if any of those words, or the crap you're sprouting, has any shred of truth to them..." while saying her words Maiz stepped over to be close enough to Bassi to be in her face and she momentarily glanced up and down the pink girl's frame before shooting her a smirk.

"Then you're by far the most disappointing thing I've ever seen wear such earrings."

That's it, you little brat!" Bassi shouts at the bratty Saiyan! She was now completely fed up with Maiz's attitude, behavior, and everything about her. "If you're not going to learn a thing or two about respect, then allow me to drive that lesson so that you will not forget in a hurry!" Bassi said before grabbing Maiz's forearm and then dropping down to one knee and forcing Maiz down on the still upturned knee. From this position, the bodysuit did no favors for the Saiyan practically exposing her glorious glutinous derriere for everyone to see. And what a sight it was. "Let's see if you'll change your tone after a few dozen swats!" Bassi gave one final warning before raising her hand and then bringing it down on a downward arc directly on the right cheek of Maiz's booty watching it wobble as a result. SWAT!! Bassi seemed somewhat memorized seeing the wobble and wanted to see it again as she then aimed for the left cheek and delivered another spank watching the same thing happen. SWAT!! Once again Maiz's bottom wobbled as a result.

The 'little brat' appears almost complete unfazed by Bassi suddenly shouting at her, possibly down to the amount of complaining she has grown to ignore, Maiz was completely caught off guard by the Kai suddenly grabbing her forearm. Could this be out of the lack of contact - outside of actual fighting - with other? Or that this Saiyan prodigy didn't think that someone she was insulting would genuinely do something about it? Whatever the case this surprised state did nothing to stop Bassi from pulling the big bottomed brat down and over her upturned knee. Or maybe the Kai is naturally that much stronger than the cocky rookie? Whatever the case Maiz seems to fit so naturally over the stranger's knee, almost as if the two were destined for such a moment...

Doen't hurt how appetisingly appealing the ponytailed beauty's generously gelatinous globes jiggle at merely being moved in this position as, due to the bottom of her bodysuit being best described as a thong, there is nothing stopping stopping others easily seeing through the thing material to have a clear view of bubble bottomed brat's gloriously glutinous derriere as the first of these 'few dozen swats' easily made one of the bubbly buttocks wobble similar to jelly. "Ouch!!" bounces out Maiz's lips but before she could say anything an "ek!!" springs out as her left cutely chubby cheek matches the wobbliness of its righty twin. "What the hell!?! Let me go freak!" the ponytailed Patroller shouted out as she tries to squirm...to no avail as all it did was wiggle and sway her bountifully big bum like a tantalising treat for the eyes of everyone watching, including Bassi herself. What an ever inviting, almost begging, peach on such a brat with an attitude that might require more of this.

Bassi wasn't pleased being called a freak and responded with a slightly harder spank to her right cheek. "It isn't wise to insult the person who is punishing you." The kai advised the female saiyan. She then begins to scold Maiz while alternating between her left and right cheeks. "Never SPANK have I SPANK met SPANK such an SPANK immature, SPANK selfish, SPANK warrior SPANK such as yourself SPANK in all my years of living! SPANK" Bassi scolded her not even caring about the fact that there were quite a number of people around who were watching the spanking take place. Every spank she delivered made Maiz's gelatinous globes wobble while leaving a stingy handprint for a few seconds before moving to the next cheek and doing the same thing. She was going to make sure that this saiyan would learn her lesson. It would either be a quick and "relatively" painless lesson, or it can be long and very painful.
