Girl raised by Werewolf?

Quick idea I had looking at a picture. In this scenerio, probably set in a victorian or 16-18th century scenario, a young girl is raised by a werewolf. We can discuss which form the wolf takes and which gender he/she/they/it has. Maybe there is even an alternative spanker. Girl would be 9-16. Any takers?
