i discovered it in 5th grade with a bunch of immature kids spanking eachothers asses

I'm not sure how I found out,but I did before I knew what fetish meant,and wahts realy weird is I started noticeing toward the end of kindergarden @_@

it's one of those things where it goes back as far as I can remember. I just remember always getting a thrill when I knew another kid (esp. a girl) was gonna get spanked, or if I was lucky enough to see it. I didn;t really understand why until I was about 12 or 13.^_^

I think I was interested in spanking since I remember. Every time if there was some spanking scene in book or TV I got this strange thrilling feeling. I didn't seen it as something strange, but I also never spoke about it with someone.

Lately, but still pretty early, when I was about 12 I tried to enter word "spanking" (in my language) to internet browser (good old altavista.com :) ). I got really shocked with things I founded and I remember I was really confused back then. It is fortune that I found some forum about spanking where were some people nearly as young as me, so i knew I'm not alone. Thanks to that I didn't have some "oh-my-god-I-am-ugly-sexuall-deviant" stage. I knew, although I'm minority, that minority isn't so minor at all :)

I didn't get on the internet until I was like 14 (probably still earlier than some of you). It didn't become useful as a resource tool until I was in college. Spanking never found me any links I liked - because that was the days of Adultcheck.com where everything of interest was secured behind solid walls.

I got my early references as a little kid, reading old books which had the occasional caning in it. Jennings being my favourite, real classic british 1950's and 60's humour that has a child of a certain age falling off his chair laughing~

*w* Surprisingly enough, I can answer this question in full, though I feel like I've answered it before, but I cannot remember.

I recall, being six years old, and I was playing hide and seek with my older sister in the backyard. Now my sister is cruel...very, cruel. And I was hiding behind a swing like the dumb six year old I was. (One of the larger swings built for two, like the gliders I believe? The love seats that swing.) and she pulled it forward and shoved it back and I went flying into a fence. Weak self-esteem and all, y'know. ;) Nervousness was also a horrid factor. People are always TERRIFIED they'll be shunned if their parents find out, but I'm one of those people who believe "Mommy will love me no matter what". So. -shrugs- x) I'm no longer afraid to share my fetish.

At the age of 7, at boarding school, when I discovered that a spanking was not necessarily the dreadful thing it was made out to be.
