Pokemon Prophacy RP
 

Hey, hey, hey

Being a Pokemon fan, I can't resist the idea of a Pokemon RP. Plus, I've had years to plan out this one.

Characters:

Chrystal Prism : First-born princess of Risma, and heir to the throne. Oldest of 5 sisters.

Alexander Prism : Chrystal's father. Current ruler of Risma.

Johnathan Fir : The regional Professor. His lab is within the Dragon Palace. He oversees Chrystal's special training.

FYI - To all who show interest, If you don't want to play a main character or a pokemon, you can act as your own character.

FYI 2 - I will be using nicknames for the pokemon my character has. Plus My character has a psychic bond with her Pokemon, so they comunicate via telepathy. (Telpathic conversations will be in italics)

Backstory:

3,000 years ago

The Pokemon world was almost destroyed by a great evil. An evil that fed on people's greed and lust for power. The people wished for eternal peace and harmony. A professor soon discovered a way to destroy the evil: an elemental based energy that can only be touched by someone whose soul is pure, and whose intentions are for the good of all. Only with this power, could the world be saved. Only with this power, would one have the power to destroy the source of all evil in the universe, to destroy... The Ultimate Darkness.

Present Time

In the far south, reachable ony by boat or underground train, lies the kingdom region of Risma.

On Crystal Island, atop a deep seaside cliff overlooking the Sapphire Sea, stands The Dragon Palace.

The Palace staff isn't what most people think. There aren't many maids, and all they do is palace maintainance. The princesses have no governess to teach them, because their father is strict enough. And the professor is the only teacher they really need.

But fate, is often a harsh mistress. On the night the oldest princess, Chrystal, turned 10, everything went downhill.

Main Story

Turning 10 meant that Chrystal would inherit the key to the throne: an heirloom ring that was created over 3,000 years ago. However, just after recieving the ring and the beginner Pokemon that every new trainer gets, a great disaster occoured, forcing the royal family to flee from the palace to take refuge in one of their manors placed throughout the region. But in the process of evacuating, Chrystal got seperated, while everyone else makes it to the safety of a manor somewhere in Risma.

With no method of communication, Chrystal stumbles through a large and dense forest. With only the 3 beginner Pokemon she just recived, along 2 young Pokemon she had as pets, as her only company, she continued to wonder until she came upon a place she had seen only once before: Prism Grove. A place she knew where she could be safe, she stumbled through a special portal that only she could see. On the other side, was the Prism Shrine. The burrial ground, and final resting place for the women of the Prism family. She falls unconcious in the shrine. After a while, she wakes up to a strange sound she hears in her head.

I will be more than happy to join this rp! It's right up my alley, and I'm surprised nobody else joined. ^_^

I'll play as Max, a mature pokemon trainer who has explored the four regions, not for gym battles but to discover new pokemon and see the world.

He has six pokemon, but one stands out amongst the rest: His vulpix Mary. Mary is a psychic vulpix who can talk and walk on her hind legs. She likes wearing cloths even when not in her pokemorph form, which she can transform into at any time. Pokeballs have no effect on her for some reason, so Max leaves her out all the time.

So when do we begin? ^_^

I read about that some time ago.

Max might not be the best name to use, since it's already used by a Pokemon character.

A telepathic Vulpix is interesting.

I will use certain Pokemon as well, and so you know, my character hs the ability to comunicate with her Pokemon in their language, and understand what they say. And the Pokemon have nicknames.

If you've read Key to Larinthra, the RP will play out kinda the same way.

My pokemon have nicknames too, and all speak english thanks to Mary's powers. I'll change Max's name to Mitch for this rp. ^_^
