"Say that again!"

It wasn't unusual for there to be a small brawl in the cafeteria during lunch hour. And it wasn't unusual that Yuu Kanda was the center of it either.

The sword-master remained cool even as another exorcist grabbed him by the collar of his uniform and attempted to intimidate him.

"How dare you call me a slacker! I was in sick leave! Would you rather I went to battle and killed myself instead of recovering properly??" The man yelling was one of the older exorcists, Shonomaru, whose innocence weapon was an hourglass akin to Miranda's. His right arm was in a sling.

Kanda regarded the older man with indifference before answering calmly, "yes, then the Akuma would save me the trouble."
He was getting annoyed, he wanted to finish his soba and then practice some Kendo before that idiot Koumi sent him in another pain-in-the-ass mission.

Shonomaru shoved Kanda backwards with a yell of rage and activated his innocence weapon. But he was handling it the wrong way with his left hand.

The long-haired exorcist drew Mugen out, prepared in case the older man tried anything stupid. Why wouldn't he leave him alone? So annoying. Almost as annoying as that white-haired beansprout.

But when Shonomaru attacked, it didn't come from where Kanda expected it to come. The hourglass shot in a zig-zagging pattern, hitting people and lunch trays away at an incredible speed. Even the Shonomaru seemed surprised by his weapon's behaviour.

Mugen at the ready, Kanda tried to move away from the path of the rouge weapon. But the thing moved too fast and in such an unpredictable way that he didn't know where it would be safe.

"Oi! Turn yout innocence off!" He yelled at Shonomaru. The moment he turned to look at the hourglass again, it hit him square in the chest.

Angered, Kanda tried to draw Mugen to impale that idiot Shonomaru for trying to injure him and then that idiot beansprout for having that stupid face and asking stupid questions.

But he found that his innocence weapons was too heavy.
Kanda felt a pang of panic. He had always been able to synchronize so well with Mugen that the sword had always felt like an extension of his arm.

But now he felt clumsy...small. Trying to lift his sword again he noticed that his sleeve hung too big over his arm. What in Hell?

Looking at himself, at Mugen, and at the people surrounding him, he thought he wss having a bad dream. He was small.

"What the fuuuck?!"

When Allen Walker laid eyes upon the small kid like Kanda who was the ACTUAL thing, he couldn't help but laugh. Softly at first, but then it grew louder and louder until the white haired exorcist was rolling around, trying to hold his sides.

This was too priceless!

"Ahahahahahahaha! Y-Y-You're a...Ahahahahahahaha!"

"Beasprout will you SHUT UP before I really kill you??"

Most people in the room they either dumb-struck , their mouths gaping open like fish out of water while a few others who were not afraid of him enough were sniggering like Allen.

"Well, Kanda, there seems to be nothing we can do until Shonmaru heals more." Koumi said in between sipping coffee from his bunny mug and signing an endless mountain of papers.

"I know you can activate your innocence again now that you've become used to your new body, but I'm afraid you can't go on mission like this. Your body won't be able to handle it."

Kanda could do nothing but seethe quietly in his too big clothes. He was going to get back at them. Oh how he would.

Allen just snorted from behind Kanda, leaning up against a wall. How he looked so much like a small child...this would be interesting way to get revenge against the "Beansprout" callings.

It was only the fact that Kanda looked so much like a child which caused the other male exorcist to stop himself from laying a few punches on the other exorcist. He could think of a few other things though. Deep in the evil lurks of his mind, a plan was brewing.

SWEET SWEET REVENGE!

Kanda turned to glare at the white-haired exorscist, but the effect was sort of lost in his childish face. It had taken him YEARS to perfect his murderous scowl and now he couldn't use it. It was SO frustrating.

Linali smiled sheepishly at her brother and then glanced down at the young Kanda. "Let's go get you some clothes, you'll trip over your feet on those adult pants."

Soon enough he was clothed in a pair of pants and shirt the appropiate size. Having no missions do to, he begna walking around the Tower, Mugen trailing behind him, seeing which people were still scared of him despite his size. The high numbers were dousing his bad mood.

Allen, on the other hand, was in his room for the perfection of his plan. Granted, it would take him a while to come up with something that evil, since he wasn't all that twisted in the mind.

Although, having a master like that really did bring out the worst of his intentions.

He eventually got to the library, and, having nothing better to do, pciked up a random book.

Fpr a random twist of fate, the book was rated R. He ignored the label and began reading. It only took a scowl for the librarian to leave him alone.

He was halfway through the book when he noticed Allen approaching. What di the pipsqueak want?

"Kanda! I have a game for both of us to play! Are you interested?"

The look on Allen's face told the now younger exorcist that he wouldn't take no for an answer. No matter how much Kanda hated the white haired exorcist, he couldn't stop him from doing what he was going to do.

Revenge sure was sweet.
