Cara, or Wolf-wind, as she is called set up a large home in a large city. Nothing special really, just a place for people like her to . . get away . . from those who didn't understand. When she was younger she'd discovered her abilities, as did her parents, her mother and father both reacted negatively causing Cara to flee her home, she was found by a group of natives in the desert, and given shelter, as well as the name Wolfwind. Simply because she could shift into a wolf and move like the wind, she liked the name.

After staying with them for about a year she grew restless. She asked the elders for their aid in purchasing the home in the city, they agreed with little persuasion. In the end Cara, at the age of 15 was basically a home owner. The elders keept in touch from time to time but never interfered with how Cara conducted things. It's not been very long since then, a few months at best. So Cara was still settling in to some degree, but anyone was welcome to stay with her.

Cara sighed and set about cooking some food for herself, "Why does life have to be so boring?" she asked herself.

(Sorry it's so long but had to explain the basic setting, I left things pretty much open at the moment, anyone can already be there of show up to stay there.)

Kari was swinging through the city going to her home she had after her parents died. She had spider powers, but never fit in anywhere anyway. She arrived and saw her home in flames. She ran in and grabbed a box her parents had hidden a gift in. As she was about to open it outside, a few people who knew of her powers attacked and pinned her before she could attack. "Help!" She yelled as one produced a knife.

Cara smelled the smoke, turned off the stove, and took off in the direction of the fire, to save time she actually flew through some of the buildings, "I should've known not to complain . . " she said to herself just before she kicked one of the people in the head, "I hate dealing with cowards. . ." she said to taunt them. She wore normal clothes but wore a mask over her eyes, and at the moment let her wings show though she could fly without them. "Now be a good little coward, and drop the knife and run. Ok?" she added.

The man looked at her spooked, giving Kari enough time to shoot a web at his knife and yank it away. She sprang up, dusting herself off.

"I said run!" she said stomping her foot and spreading her wings flapping them forward just a little. "And now that she's on her feet and has your knife dosen't that seem like a good idea?" she asked staring at the man.

Wyatt sat on the roof of the neighbors home and watched as the house burned
"Tsk,why is it so hard to find cheap but reliable help these days" he sighed
"Oh well,I'll still get paid,since It was just the home that hard to burn"

Timmy Stark was flying overhead in a custom suit that worked like a underpowered version of his father's, who seemed to finally decide to let him prove his worth despite his age.

The only problem is that he still needed to get the hang of flying with it... and the moment he saw a nearby house on fire he got distracted and ended up crashing on top of the neightboring roof.

Wyatt grunted and teleported behind the metal man as he fell off the roof "Idiot,be careful,you almost cost me the best seat in the house" Wyatt growled pulling out the Adamantium Katana on his back

Miranda had recently come into town after hearing about Wolf-Wind and her set up, having been on her own all this time she thought it would be nice to experience others like her that were not patronizing or have gone dark side.
Her first encounter, seeing Timmy crashing, seemed less than professional, but that seemed like a good change since most professionals she had seen rubbed her the wrong way.
Randi Fisk was about to check to see if the Iron-kid about the time Wyatt was on the draw, but she had no line of vision to him yet.

The kid was stunned for a moment, but when he saw the blade in front of him he took a step back and charged power in one of the metal hands "Careful with that thing!"
