He shook his head no, it was a lie but it was okay "It's impossible to sit still. I have a pair of cuffs digging into my damn back."
"Then lay the fuck down back there you aren't buckled up you loud obnoxious bitch." Hank yelled as he rattled the divider and looked at her through it. "If you don't stop I'm coming back there and making you stop personally, sore ribs and leg or not." He growled as he sat back in his chair.
"Yeah but whoever nailing her probably is on bottom, no way in hell that powder keg lets anyone on top but her." He joked with his partner. "Even so, if she'd mellow out long enough, I'd think I'd give a stab show her a real man." He laughed again but this time felt a whack against the back of his head. For a moment he ignored it as he let the girl be annoying in the back seat of the car.
This went on for about two minutes before it got old real fast. "Peter, stop the goddaamn car and pull it over into that alley." The cop ordered as he watched his partner do so without too much protest. He was going to keep his promise to the girl about police brutality after that little stunt.
Hank got out of the cop car and joined the girl in the back seat as he turned her over onto her stomach trying to avoid her inevitable kicks. After a good struggle he got the door shut to the back of the cruiser and finally got himself in the center of the back seat with Charlie over his lap.
"Now look you, you've hit the cops now 4 times, and are resisting arrest, by law I'm allowed to use necessary force." Hank barked out and with his hand up he brought it straight down onto her rear harshly. Before long he was properly spanking the struggling girl on her covered behind.
