Nal Hutta was worse then Xaren had thought. Smelled worse, looked worse, and while the Dark Side was strong enough on the planet that he felt its vibrations like a reassuring cloak about him, it felt tainted somehow, as if the influence of the Hutts had left a bad taste or smell upon the force itself.

Xaren was covered in filthy wrappings that made him like nothing so much as a diseased beggar, star-torn and mad, and he effected a drunken stumble as he shadowed his master, the feared Sith Darth Mordren. Xaren wasn't sure what business was so important on Nal Hutta, but his master had gone in person, and he'd Xaren outfitted for an assassination, for now he would be quiet and alert, an assassin to his core, but also loyal to his master, the one man he loved...
