Raven smiled, then hefting Eeth’s bag over her right shoulder, she slung her own – because it was a bit lighter - over her left and made for the designated hangar. She still loved to fly, it never failed to brighten her mood and right now her mood could use a bit of brightening as this ‘mission’ didn’t exactly sound like stellar preparation for her trials…. Then again, being a Jedi was not about personal gain, she knew, this girl needed help and that was their job this time. So be it.
These thoughts and many more came and went as she made her way to the hangar. “R9, patch through my clearance for bay twelve, we’ll be taking the Nubian starship,” she said, not breaking her stride as she headed towards the chosen vessel. It was a mid-range, non-aggressive craft with basic deflector shields and was designed purely for fast, effective transportation between planets. Well, that’s exactly what was required this time, there wasn’t going to be any need for superior manoeuvrability, advanced weapon systems or the like. Still, she loaded on four guided proton missiles so that they were not completely defenceless. Moments later she had boarded and was busy performing the pre-flight checks, the R9 astromech droid chirping and whistling its input from the outside as it checked over the shell for damage.

While Raven was busy prepping their ship, Jas was sitting, arms crossed and unusually still for a girl of ten, by her crèche dorm entrance. Why she was here remained a mystery to her, and why they couldn’t just tell her was yet another! It was intriguing, though, which was quite possibly the only reason she was still sitting there when Eeth approached, not that she paid him any mind.
