Eve's dull green eyes lit up a little when Castiel praised her answers. She had grown to like praise as it made her feel like she was doing something right. If she accomplished something in the lab, then she would just receive a simple nod from the assistants and head professor. Eve didn't mind her grammar being corrected as she liked to learn and she showed a keen attitude to taking new information on board. The twelve year old nodded when Cas told her that her actions would be forgiven once her punishment was over.

"Okay." she answered softly and whimpered a bit when Castiel moved her to lay across his lap. She always felt so small there. The young girl nodded when Castiel asked if she knew what she'd done was wrong, and then asked if she would repeat this. "Repeat----do again?" she asked, she couldn't remember if that was what it meant. When her caretaker nodded, she nodded too.

"Won't repeat." she promised. "Stick---to agreement. Only quarter of the bag." she said, though her voice was shaky and not at all confident. She hoped she wasn't disappointing her caretaker with her poor English.

Crowley showed his puppy how to properly eat with a knife and fork, and rose an eyebrow when the stubborn pup told him that he'd always eaten like that. "Yes. When you were a puppy that was acceptable." he answered firmly. "Now you are a human, and dining with not only the King of Hell, but your Father and master. You will eat in an acceptable manner." Crowley had come from the 1600's and back then you couldn't be sloppy when eating, you had to always keep up appearances if you wanted to be deemed respectable. Crowley watched through eager amber eyes as the boy tried picking up the cutlery---but his brow furrowed when the mutt huffed and put them down again.

"Carson. Don't test Daddy's patience lad." Crowley warned sternly. "Use your fork to take out the beef from your stew, and then place it into your mouth." The King instructed his mutt, and he watched and waited to see if little Carson would obey. He brought the glass of wine up to his lips and took a pensive sip, never taking his eyes off of his naughty puppy.

"Carson." Crowley warned again when his puppy didn't make a move to pick up the cutlery.
