As a preteen and young teen, I did it when no one else was home. I'd strip naked, or just have on a T-shirt, and would try an assortment of implements (not all at once.) I always did it in front of a mirror, so I could watch myself redden my own lil' bottom. Some implements stung more than others, but I always kept at it until my little rump was plenty red... especially the "sit spots."
