It is free, but there is a daily limit to conserve bandwidth. Creating multiple accounts to get around it will get you banned. Fast. But be patient and you can get it all for free.
I would like to note that people that donate $10.00 or more have the bandwidth limit removed, since they are helping pay for the bandwidth in the first place.
