Lilith wasn’t having the best on this foreign exchange program, and when she says that, she means her pleading to her school to take her back got rejected. Apparently there needs to be some real reason besides “crippling homesickness”. She should have told them about the looks she got when she walks down the streets or the random photos people take of her. What, have they never seen a girl walk around with an umbrella during the middle of the day? Perhaps it’s because her snow white skin still glistens under the umbrella. “Do they...no...it can’t be?” she thinks to herself “but perhaps?” she groans under her breath. “They so think I’m a vampire” she rubs her temples. Too bad being mistaken for a mythological being isn’t a suitable excuse to go home either.
Walking down the street, the black laced umbrella blocks her from the sunlight. Her black dress flows in the cool summer breeze and her boots click against the cement below. Piercing black lipstick and mascara sends people to walk around her making sure she can make a bee-line to her destination, but something stops her in her path. Staring at the small, one person pillory with a person in it, a small blush forms on her cheeks “what kind of fucked up society is this?” she said starting to walk away, but she’d be lying if this didn’t peak her interest.
Taking a deep sigh, she turned around and made her way to the girl. Playing with the lock, she nonchalantly began making conversation, “so, what are you here for?” she said finally locking it “they forgot to do that, I figured I’d do them a favor. Call it, my one good deed for the day”
