My suggestion is: As Misty's temper problem only gets worse she finally does something to cross a line. In a video call with her sisters they give Ash or Brock permission to spank her. Our heroes have to convince Misty to let them do it, and afterwards they have to show the final product to her sisters to prove she's been well spanked.
