Sat-AM heard Robin and grinned at what he was saying. "I'll pay for this? What do you mean?' he asked in a faux innocent way. "I think that I will end up just fine. Besides, we all use our powers on each other all the time. So i think that this will happen to you even more," he said with a grin. He then heard what Robin needed and saw how he crossed his legs together, signaling what he needed. And, he was very happy to pervert the desire and make Robin regret it.
"What's that boy? You need to go outside?' Sat-AM asked, treating him like he was a dog. "Well, why didn't you say so?" he asked. "Don't worry boy! I'll take you outside," he promised as he removed Robin from the pole and set him down on all fours. Then he took a collar and leash out of Robin's belt. He wasn't sure if they were originally there, or if ToonForce put them there, but it made no difference.
He put the collar around Robin and held the leash. Then he opened the door and waved Robin's pole in the air. "See the stick, see the stick boy? Go get it!" he exclaimed as he threw the pole outside, like a stick. If this worked, then Robin would be going outside, like a dog, completely naked...where anybody could see him. And maybe they would even see him go to the bathroom like a dog? Robin would never forget that!
