Other than keeping her smile and looking pretty, the angel didn’t do much while Elona repositioned the chair. A simple task she herself could actually have done in the blink of an eye. Behind Mercy’s cheerful smile, within her angelic form, there existed a somewhat lazy and demanding woman. Although that wasn’t necessarily the case, she thought herself to be above humans and elves, liked telling them what to do. Thankfully, her job allowed her to do this quite a lot.

“Perfect!” The angel clapped, letting out a short giggle. Finally, she pulled her hips off the table. Holding the hem of her white tunic, she sat on the armless furniture. Adjusting herself a little, Mercy shook her coy hips against the chair. Not only her, but it would soon host two. “Looks sturdy enough.” The certain punishment she had in mind involved a shoplifter’s bottom over her pale knees. And the bottom of the day was, of course, Elona’s.

Above her widely stretched lips, Mercy’s eyes found the elf. The fact that the elf had chosen to stand next to her meant she probably could guess what was on the way. “As atonement for your crimes, Elona…” The cheerful angel of mercy started. Using one of her soft hands, she lightly patted her lap.
