Alice was following the doctor like a cat following their human around the house, alway right behind his heels as they entered the first room of the day. As the doctor made a brief intro to the patient, the nurse smiled politely and began reading the chart so she could assist. “Let me go get the machine! I’ll be right b-AHH!” Alice interrupted herself as she turned around a bit to quickly, not seeing a table of scalpels right behind her. The force to the impact not only knocked Alice on her rump, making her wince, but the table also fell over and the scalpels did as well. Luckily for everyone, the tools were just inches away from the elderly patient. Realizing what happened, she quickly got to her feet and checked for damages. “Is everyone ok?”
