And what's more, he would be almost impossible to detect, so he'd be able to strike when they never expected him. Through, to be careful, the doctor had made sure his creation was unable to use the power of the Chaos Emeralds, to keep it in line should it prove.... rebellious.

Then, with a mad laugh and a throw of the switch, the new robot was activated.
