Chloe groaned as she rode down the street on her rollerblades. She knew she should’ve set an alarm, but she was confident she’d wake herself up on time as she’s done that before. Well, so much for that! “Son of a bitch..” she muttered, picking up speed and cutting through an alleyway. She was late for her first day helping at a daycare and was trying to hurry. Soon enough, she made it there, but was delayed by sone jackass asking why she didn’t have a helmet. “I was about to give some words for calling me “sweetie”. I’m 21, not 6.” She mumbled as she took off the rollerblades and set it aside. Chloe was kinda short and had her hair in pigtails, her favorite hairstyle, so that probably didn’t do her any favors in being treated her age. Hurrying in, she went to look around for the person in charge, seeing kids running around.

Meanwhile, a girl of around 12 named Liz was sitting by herself with a skinned knee. The young girl was blind and had tripped outside, so she was sitting down there to rest. She heard Chloe come in and wondered who it was.
