More content, but minimal art to me. Richard Birchwood said that video games are a visual medium, and while they can be, I would argue that they are an interactive medium first and foremost. A movie isn't a video game, while a choose-your-own-adventure is, even though the movie has more visuals than the CYOA.
There are a ton of spanking movies out here, a ton of spanking artwork, a ton of spanking stories, all great things. But when I'm playing a spanking video game, first and foremost I want the thing that only a video game can give me: interactivity. Whether that's in customizing the appearance of my character (a *lot* easier without pictures!), making choices that define the personality of my character, trying to overcome some sort of gameplay challenge, or making choices that dictate the path of the story (a *lot* easier without pictures!), I want to be able to make decisions and see those decisions play out.
And that points to more content, even if it has minimal artwork.
