"And Starfirem very good job," he prasied as he tossed his orange pokemon a treat for good behavior. "My name is Dick Grayson and this is Starfire," he explained to her, speaking gently. He held out a Pokemon treat in his other hand. "here, maybe you should have one of these instead?" he suggested with a small smile.
It was clear he was trying to make her calmer and ready to be caught. "I promise that you do not need your mask. Your real face is fine," he assured her. "Starfire will tell you that I am a good owner and treat her kindly," he said, although he couldn't help but blush since Starfire seemed to love it whenever he put his hands on her orange cheeks. "What's your name?' he asked her. He guessed that when she calmed down, she would be ready to be caught.
