“What can I say, sister? ‘Tis a gift,” Apollo smirked infuriatingly, giving a playful wink to his twin in the hope that she would loose some of her composure. Alas, t’was not to be.
They continued to hit bullseyes back to back. Artemis and Apollo both proved their worth to the shared domain of archery; but there could still be but one victor. The score was sitting at five-to-four in favor of Artemis, but her twin believed he had a trick to win. Aiming, he moved the bow slightly as it fired, adding a spinning motion to the arrow. The arrow did indeed spin… causing it to miss the bullseye by less than half a centimeter.
