When Cardinal filed the report to the police. They mention that they had been getting strange reports of a young magical user causing a bit of trouble. Nothing serious like robbing banks or destroying the city. Just pranks that changed people looks or changing signs like changing a pull door sign to push. No one knows who she was since she seemed to vanish. Luckily for the thugs there was another magic user in the city that cast the spell off and were back to normal.
A week passes by and there was no sign of the magical girl. Until one day it was late after noon. School would of been let out for the day and there was a bunch of kids walking home from their school if living nearby or have otherways of getting home without the school bus system. There was the girl from before, wearing the same hoodie. Only this time you can see her face since the sun was still out.
She had two different color eyes. The left eye was purple and the right was bright green. Wearing eye shadow of the opposite color of eye (green eye shadow around the purple eye and purple around the green eye). She was also wearing black lipstick but only the top lip. She makes her way into an alleyway and pulls out a little what looked like a wood carved rabbit and drew symbols onto it's back, it glowed and soon it transformed into staff. She sits on it and soon she was flying through the air. Who needs buses when you can fly?
