In his office, there were surely places where she could rest her bottom. Since she wasn't told to sit down though, Kinsey kept standing there, slightly swaying in place. It was a nervous moment. She didn't know what might happen. Nothing, hopefully.
The school wasn't exactly known for being overly student-friendly or its lenient policies. In the end though, it was the instructor who decided how to deal with coarse related inconveniences such as this one, she trusted.
“Yeah, that's correct sir, but I’ve been an honest cheater,” the student claimed. “I ought to be. I admitted it and didn't resist.” Nodding a couple of times, she added, not entirely sure if that made sense.
Drawing herself closer, she mouthed the highlighted text. Yea. It said zero. Unsurprisingly so. It still made her grimace. Not being the most brilliant student in the institute, the odds were slim that she could get the perfect score in the final after getting the worse. So, she was probably going to fail. And she didn't even have anything to argue against it. “What was I thinking?.. Ugh.” Frustrated with herself, she questioned her actions.
“Huh? A resit?” Suddenly, things didn't look as hopeless. A smile blossomed on her face, stretching her pink lips. “That’d be cool. Wait, what corporal punishment?” It seemed there were still disciplinary methods in place that favoured physical harm to academic as punishment. “Traditional? And I won't get a zero?” She considered which path to follow. Well she was a tough gal. She could handle it. Probably? “Hm. Well. Yes. Actually, that is a better arrangement.”
