To tell the truth, the spanking she just suffered wasn't quite a harsh punishment. Which was probably intentional. Compared to the mild pain, the humiliation of showing her bare bum to the disciplinarian on his first bloody day could be considered a bigger punishment for the queen. She kept showing it while standing in her little corner with her dress raised. Regardless, she didn't intend to lay herself back over his lap so soon after getting off there.
“Only ignorant brats who don't know better would bend over the knee so soon after a penalty,” Marian suggested. It made her queen grumble a little, but Selene couldn't argue against it. Not to contradict that, there wasn't much else she could do, but complete her corner time and reflect on her mistakes like a good girl.
The queen’s impressive behind was exposed to the whole room. Being in the same room, the chamberlain eyed the woman. “Ooh,” she widened her eyes at the large tush in sight. “It seems this won't be off the record.”
Perfectly capable of hearing the words Soren penned, Selene shifted about. “Surely, that much detail wouldn't be necessary.” Letting the hem down, she turned around.
“Actually, maybe the bottom in question should be characterised too for convenience,” the chamberlain suggested.
“Marian? I suspect you should check with the steward to inquire about the safe passage of that important package instead of spending more of your valuable time on this already concluded meeting,“ Selene said with lowered brows, taking a deep breath following that long sentence.
“Hm. Those totally essential hardly superfluous goods? Right away.” After nodding, Marian left, to presumably deal with that matter.
