A few minute's drive from the city was a large facility called St. Matthew's Home for Troubled Youth. It was a place for minors who were sentenced by court, or those who had been mistreated. It had an infirmary and a pharmacy for medical needs.
There was a wing where the ones living there stayed. There were two beds and restroom per room, though some residents needed a room all to themselves.They also had an indoor pool and a gym. The outside had a playground as well as a picnic area. There were also solitary confinement rooms as well as special bedrooms for one known as the punishment room. Sentences to the room ranged from a day to a month and every few hours, a harsh spanking would be given to the occupant. The headmaster's office was very close to the living quarters.

Spankings are given either at the headmaster's office, the resident's room, or right where the offense was commited.
