Gunslinger Girls.
All the fighting games (though, personally, no more Ivy/Taki... there's plenty of characters on these rosters).
NGE (never get tired of those... Asuka really is a brat.)

Could probably stand to see more Clone Wars stuff, too, with Ahsoka Tano and Bariss Offee or the other padawans as the spankee.
