Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Best games revolving light bdsm & spanking in my opinion:
On animeotk site:
1) Peach spring inn
2) Spankfantasy
3) Brat of the wild
4) Spankquest
5) The passage
and on f95zone which have a lot of spanking:
Headmaster (basically spanking all schoolgirls and teachers)
Cure my addiction ( a huge variety of spankings as punishments)
Elven conquest - elf trainer 1&2 - must play for everyone who loves interactive spankings (2d game btw with very hq arts)
Bad Manners - the game is a bit grindy and focuses a lot on the plot, but it has an interesting story, superb art and very good spanking scenes (basically spanking princesses and not only them)
The Library Story - similar to Bad Manners but has less content
Fantasy Trainer - there are couple of spanking scenes
Milfairy tails - great rpgm game which already has a lot of spankings, and will have even more in future according to the devs and the hints from the game.
P.S. I am fan of spanking others and not being spanked so if you are more into sub role, this games from f95 are not for you. Like I like being spanked only if I can collect some interest later, if you know what I mean haha

Play the Passage. You can choose your gender, but the MC is sub like 90%. Its a fantastic game with a LOT of Content and very well written Spanking Scenes.

You'd better to look for x/m in Banjo stuff here. There's more chance to find something suit.

ahhhhhh a really good one for /f here would be
peach spring inn, one of the greats. made by the masterful artists CM_Zero
mina's wonderful forbitten forest has two moments of f/m but the rest are all f/f and the story is good and the gameplay is wonderous example of a classic rpg.
outsider of there f95zone as mentioned m ferial above has a few good ones,
i would recommend one called hailDicktator visual novel with a nice story with lots of spanking scenes and a bit more here and there.

For F/M , and not just spanking but female domination in general (It does have some good spanking scenes), there's always Femdom City and its sequel (whose name escapes me) by Darktoz.
