A bully's comeuppance (looking for Spankee)
Hey had another idea I wanted to throw out there. This could be M/M or M/F.
Modern day setting slice of life, Essentially our story would take place in a small town. Your character has always kind of ruled the roost, a very popular and well known kid, my character also grew up in this town, but was a small scrawny kid when they were younger, had bad vision so they wore glasses. Your character being the popular kid, was quite the little bully and picked on my character quite frequently. My character was their preferred target. Eventually when they were ten my character moved away. Your character continued to be the most popular person in their class. Could be the star quarterback or head cheerleader now. But what they don't realize is that the kid they used to bully, puberty did him a lot of favors. He started putting on muscles, took up sports, started wearing contacts and became the king of his school.
Now its their senior year, my character and his family had to move back to their hometown. Where your character is still ruling the roost until the kid they used to bully shows up and snatches their spotlight instantly. My character is out for revenge for all the things they used to do, and humiliates them at every turn, pulling their pants down, spanking their ass, giving them wedgies. But mostly in private, trying to not put them through public humiliation like your character did to them. This would preferably also turn into a romantic scenario where both catch feelings for each other.
