Crime, Punishment, and Rehabilitation {for Criss}

The instant that Chris moved from the chair where he had sat down Rafe knew what was going through the man's mind, or at least the part about catching him, and the kid tried to get out of the way but there wasn't anywhere for him to go neither was he fast enough. Due to a combination of these two things Rafe very quickly found himself pinned with his arms pulled behind his back in much the same manner that they had been held while he was handcuffed. "Let go!" he demanded but his irate demands turned into something of a startled squeak when Chris untied the drawstring of his pants and pulled both them and his underwear down to his ankles, the kid blushing a rather bright red in response to that one. "You're out of your fucking mind!" he screeched as he tried to struggle, doing everything in his power to get away from the man in this instance but unfortunately everything in his power wasn't very much and not nearly enough. He found himself staring at the floor, his hands still held behind his back, and when he felt a stinging smack land on his bare bottom the child yelped in response since that hadn't been something he could brace for. "Stop it!" he screeched, trying to sound demanding but it came out a little more plaintive than he'd intended, the boy kicking his feet as much as he could with the constricting fabric around his ankles.

"I don't plan on stopping anytime soon young man and you can except much worse then what you get here and now if this attitude continues today!" Chris said as he started to let his hand fall over and over on the pale globes without a ounce of restraint in his chastisement of the boy "Your behavior so far as been appalling and your language unacceptable,you are lucky I do not take a solid oak brush to your backside young man!" he said as he continued to rain his hand down on the helpless bottom

If he thought the first smack to his backside was unpleasant it was nothing to the sting that started to spread when Chris really started to let him have it, Rafe squirming and doing his best to try to get off the man's lap or at the very least make it more difficult for him to hit his target. "You don't have any right to do this damn you! I don't know who the hell you think you are..." Rafe growled out through clenched teeth, trying his best to fight against the yelps of pain that wanted to escape his lips right now because his bottom was really starting to sting. Of course he didn't take into consideration that his words could make things worse, he was impulsive at this point in his life so he tended to act first and then think about it later which was sort of what had landed him in this entire mess to begin with.

"Oh I don't do I?" Chris said when the boy claimed he had no right to discipline him "I beg to differ,the court has given me full and legal rights to do this since nothing else has gotten through to you" he said stopping with his hand and producing a wooden brush from his pocket "I was hoping I wouldn't need this but you apparently aren't getting the message" he said as he cracked the brush against the pink flesh "You are to do as I say when I say it or you will be punished" he said sternly

What the courts had or had not done was of little interest to Rafe, as was evident by the fact that he never paid attention at any of his hearings, but when Chris told him that he'd been given rights to do this that served to further set off the boy. "They can't do that!" he snapped, increasing his struggles but the moment that he felt the hard wood of the brush crash down against his unprotected backside the boy yelped loudly in pain, completely losing his battle to remain stoic at that point since that hurt more than he was expecting. The first thought that popped into the boy's mind was to tell the man that torturing him wasn't going to make him want to obey but for whatever reason he didn't say that, tears appearing in the boy's eyes as he started to sniffle softly in response to the pain in his bottom.

"But they can and did" Chris said starting to rain the brush down over and over "You will learn to listen to me or you will be punished without fail" he said sternly "I advise you learn to play along and learn to like it or you won't be sitting comfortably for the foreseeable future,do I make myself clear!?" he asked,taking aim at the delicate sit spots

When Chris told him that the courts could and did Rafe opened his mouth to make yet another scathing comment about it however before the little guy got the chance he felt the sting of the brush striking his delicate flesh over and over again. Yelps of pain left his lips as Rafe felt the sting radiating throughout his punished flesh, the tears that had been stinging at his eyes starting to fall and making him even more upset since he felt as though he were behaving like a baby right now. He couldn't help it however and when he was asked by Chris if the man made himself clear Rafe actually whimpered. Maybe not a real answer but it was still staying something for the stubborn child.

Chris sighed and dished out a dozen more smacks or so before stopping and standing Rafe up,tugging his underwear and pants back up and tying it tightly so that they would stay in place "Now,are you going to behave?" he asked repinning his arms "And if I let your hands go,you can not rub you understand me?"

Rafe cried out sharply for each of the last dozen smacks of the brush, the boy crying fairly steadily by the time that he was stood up on his own two feet once more, the boy looking up at Chris through his single visible gray eye, which was now red rimmed and puffy from crying. The little boy hissed in pain as his underwear and pants were tugged up over his red bottom, the fabric brushing up against the reddened flesh causing still more pain. "I'll stop," Rafe murmured, averting his gaze and not saying now long he'd behave. Most likely right up until the point at which his bottom stopped throbbing out its protests of the punishment that he'd been given. The next bit about not being allowed to rub caused the child to ask, "Why?" It was such a typical question for a child but still seemed odd for the little juvenile delinquent.

"Good" Chris said sticking the brush back in his pocket and standing up "Because I want you to feel that burn for a good long time,you can rub later" he said before letting the boys hands go "Rub and you will find yourself back over my knee" he said taking hold of the harness and unlocking the door "Over to the sink" he said reaching into his other pocket and pulling out a new bar of soap,the box read "Foul-Fixer:For dirty mouths"
