“Oh come on…” Goten whined as his fate seemed to be sealed as his brother seemed to want his boots to be removed as he stood there with his hands on his head. He didn't want his brother to have an accident on his lap, but he wouldn't allow any stalling either.

“Uhhhh… I don’t know…” Goten said as he stood there awkwardly. He didn’t want to lie to Gohan but the idea of delaying the punishment even for a few minutes did sound nice. But the way he was saying it made it unclear if he believes he needs to use the bathroom

"I don't want you to have an accident on my lap. Otherwise you will wear a pull-up for the rest of the evening."

Goten was turned around and sent moving in the direction of the bathroom with a couple of hard smacks, which he yelped at as he walked toward the bathroom while rubbing his bare butt with a few pink handprints on it and his underwear kicked off as he walked to the bathroom with only his upper clothes now on

As time passed and the door locked, it was soon painfully clear what he was trying to do as he definitely should’ve been back by now
