Dragon Ball: Next Generation (for Terra)

It’s has been over a decade since Goku left the World Martial Arts Tournament with Uub and the world has felt peace for even longer than that. With no threats wanting to blow up the planet, the world has continued to heal and grow. But that doesn’t stop our heroes from continuing to train because while there is peace, there will eventually be someone wanting to take it away.

With Goku taking Uub to Beerus’ planet to train with Weiss, Vegeta and Broly also join them on multiple occasions to get the best training possible but that means Vegeta could be off Earth for months of not years at a time. This means the earth needs a defender if the fighting resumes. But with Gohan constantly working, Goten more worried about dates, Trunks being his mom’s assistant and training under her; this leaves a limited amount of people left that train on a consistent basis.

One person that has been certainly lacking on her training was Bulla, who was sitting on her bed with a troubled look on her face dressed in a nice red blouse and designer jeans. Instead of training, she prefers to spend her days drinking expensive coffee, talking about boys and of course shopping to her hearts content. Of course Vegeta gives her whatever she wants and has helped her become spoiled rotten. But things have come to a head when she came home with a bill from a clothing store stating she has spent over 20 million Zeni! And with her father not here to defend her, nothing could save her from what was coming next

Pan jumped into Bulla’s window, opening and closing the window in a swift movement. Looking over at her friend, she was about to ask what clothes she got, but noticed her not looking happy. While Pan honestly did not care much about clothes and fashion and all that, she didn’t mind listening to Bulla talk about it. “Why the long face? They had one size too small and one too big, but none in your exact size?” Pan teased her.

Bulla was deep in thought about something and was clearly distressed by whatever it was as she sighed to herself. She thinking so much that she was caught completely off guard as her best friend entered her room through the normal methods. While she doesn’t train as much as she should, she would train on occasions with Pan as part of a promise that if she trained with her, Pan would be her canvas for makeovers and trying on outfits.

But now was not the time to talk about training. She had more pressing matters. “N-Nothing! But you should probably go! I-I have a hot date coming over and I need to get ready!” She said with a blushing face and a hesitation tone showing that she was lying completely in such an obvious way

[Terra]

“You know I can tell when you’re lying, Bulla.” Pan said, grinning lightly and sitting beside her, giving her a playful smack on the top of her backside. Putting her arm around her, she patted her arm. “Now what’s the dealio?” She asked.

Bulla let out a girlish squeak as the light pat caught her off guard as her face was soon back down on a frown and her face was blushing bright red. After a few moments of complete silence, the fashionista mumbled some words that would not be comprehend with how quietly and fast she said it

[Terra]

“Speak up! You sound like me when you make me try on a frilly dress.” Pan said, lightly folding her arms and poking her friend’s side. Something really seemed to be bugging Bulla, so she wanted to help if she could.

“H-Hey! S-Stop! Y-You know I hate being tickled!” Bulla giggled and snorted slightly at the finger pokes of doom into her sides as she desperately tried to push the hands away before trying to get serious again. “Ok… fine… I’m about to be punished…” she admitted a lot more audibly this time

[Terra]

Pan smirked a bit, then tilted her head. “I’m assuming you mean spanked, considering how blah you look. Why not just do what you usually do when you get one and brave it?” She asked, not realizing this could be her first time getting spanked.

“I wasn’t raised by a caveman family you know! My parents would never do such a thing! It’s my stupid older sister!” Bulla let out a small yell in anger before calming down soon after and apologized silently. While her father never spanked her, Trunks wasn’t so lucky while growing up and when Bulma tried to protest and say this special treatment wasn’t fair, they got into a big argument and rumors around the Briefs household was Bulma herself got a rump roasting

“Yeah, that would explain it.” Pan said, but half-hugged Bulla. “I mean, yeah, being spanked sucks and I’ve gotten it quite a few times ever since I was a kid, but I’m not any worse for it.” She said, thinking back. “Since Hailie won’t be here a while, I saw her flying toward East City to get something, so I’ll tell you about my first. Maybe that’ll help.” She offered.
