Hey All I am in desperate need of some advice. A current lady friend of mine has the highest pain tolerance to spanking that I have ever seen. I was wondering about any tips one might have on making a spanking more painful without to much added bruising. (she took about a 20 min otk hairbrush spanking her butt was completly bruised and she was not satisfied fully)

Try let her bend over something in the sharpest angle possable and use a carpetbeater or a belt. Maybe that will help.

Personally?
I say buy something harsher. I've had the same problem with a spanking partners (I won't say 'spankee's regarding them in these cases since they're far older and more experianced than me) before and I've found, go for the gold.
Purchase a leather strap or a tawse (Practise to get the hang of striking just right) and that'll probably make them sit up and take notice. Small straps can still be used in a limited way otk with practise and they still do nice alpha.
You may just have reached the limits of an ordinary hairbrush. Consider getting a silver backed one as well.

A wet bottom is also good advice, I don't know if it's practical for like, twenty minutes of spanking - but try it and see, it's a good idea.
You could consider distractions to lower her tolerance such as tying her wrists or hands, having her right over the edge of your lap so she has to hold herself from falling without support or something.

Oh, and consider going on for longer than twenty minutes, thats around about the most I've ever spanked for, probably longer, but I've heard of spankings going on for over an hour!
Thats gotta burn like 600 calories!

The upper thighs are a very sensetive area...throw in a few slaps to there also. I would suggest something like a belt or a switch.

I don't know how you both feel about it but also make sure you're doing more than simply hitting her backside. Really act the role so to speak? Make her nervous with anticipation and be slow and sure of yourself. I think that could be helpful.

....and of course, remember that there's more to it physically than just length-of time. There are other things you can do to the body - focusing on one spot, sensatizing/pinching/rubbing - play some mind games. Focus on one spot reeeeaaallly lightly (think wristflick) for like, a whole minute or two. Just one spot. No extra damage, but if that one spot is extra tender, it'll always give you a fallback to re-peak her interest as you're wailing away. Be tactical! love is a battlefield after all.

Ok, I have NO clue how true or effective this is, but read a letter in a spanking magazine one time from a guy who would break an egg and scoop the slimy bit from the inside of the shells and apply them to hhis wifes bottom. As the ydried they would make the skin pucker, causing some really interesting squeals. I'm assuming that made it hurt more. He was given this idea when she got a rash of boils on her bottom that would not come to a head, and supposedly this would help them do that. I have no idea what made him think to use this as a spanking aid, or, as I said, even if it is true but it might be worth a try.
