Sorry, no can do!
To give any information on the theme would defeat the purpose of the jam. The theme being announced at the start of the jam is to ensure that people don't start working until then. 
To be honest, I haven't actually decided what the theme will be, but it will be something a little less obscure than last year and a little more flexible as well.

[2nd Game Jam] might be the better alternative tag. It's only April, maybe there will be another one at the end of the year.

I have a hard time getting my thoughts and ideas into a good and proper well written format, so sadly I can't contribute a game of my own. I'm just too scatterbrained to stay focused. But I can come up with ideas if someone wants or needs help creating scenes in their game, at the very least.

Okay, I've changed it to [ SPRING JAM 2019 ]. Ya'll are so fussy! 
I have an idea for a theme at this point, and it's won't be "spring", but will be something that I think folks will have a lot of fun with.
