The spoiled young wizard took a few paces back, swallowing, backing up against a desk. He yelped as he hit it, before moving aside, ready to inch towards the door, a small hand poised above his wand in the pocket of his robes. It seemed there was some fight in little snake - especially when the safety of his disobedient bum was on the line.

Draco swallowed, heart racing, his gaze finding Snape's stern one, and he reddened deeper still out of fear and embarrassment.

He wasn't likely to avoid the potions master for the rest of the school year, but the half-pint Slytherin had his mind set on not getting a spanking, and so, not thinking straight, he turned to scamper out of the door and away from the prospect of one.

Snape drew his wand his eyes hard with fury "Accio Draco Malfoy." He said pointing at the fleeing boy.

The blond had no time to be awe-struck by his teacher's evident magical prowess, and instead struggled uselessly in the invisible binds that bound him. He looked up at the dark wizard, his blue eyes wide and shining so vibrantly that Snape could easily see his own ominous image reflected in them. It was evident that the little wizard in training was frightened, wishing that he could turn back the clock and chosen a different class to mess around in.

"Professor Snape, really, it was just--I was just---!!" the little blond serpent stammered, heart beating like mad, as he finally touched down on the stone floor gently, "R-really, you d-don't have to--" the boy gulped, looking at the cauldron he had rigged, "I... I'm already sorry, alright! I really am!" the brat promised, clutching the long sleeves of his robes in small pale hands that were sweating with panic.

The young Slytherin bowed his head, looking at his hands. His heart was still beating up a storm in his chest, and his whole body felt prickly, hot and cold - he was trembling a bit, as he looked down at Snape's ebony, shiny shoes.

He sniffled, and then nodded, not daring to say anything.

Draco did so, but he did it slowly. He grimaced as he pushed his underwear down a bit, milky white skin showing. The little serpent clutched his shirt, and then looked up. His blue eyes were shining tearily, his cheeks burning, before he scooted forward to that big, dreaded lap. He looked up at the dark stones that made up the ceiling, and sniffled again, trying to be brave and not cry. The young blond brat then shuffled forward, and lay over the dark cloaked thighs, clutching the material in his small fists.

Snape repositioned the brat a bit and used a hand to hold him in position, pushed his underwear down to his knees and summoned his slipper, landing six hard cracks to Dracos bum.
