Mr. Sato paces the floor of his house anxiously. He's always told his daughter that she needs to be more responsible and get home on time. Sometimes the girl thinks that just because she's won medals in a few martial arts competitions, she has nothing to fear from anyone or anything. That annoys her father. It's not that he wants his daughter to live in fear, but she needs to understand healthy boundaries.

Her mother is a fairly liberal woman in many ways and although he loves her dearly, he thinks that maybe her insistence on not spanking their daughter in the last few years was a mistake. His wife is traveling tonight, and perhaps it would be better to ask forgiveness rather than permission.

Whatever the case may be, that girl had BETTER have a damned good reason for being so late tonight!

Julie leisurely walked home after spending time with a friend. They had been playing videogames and she had forgotten the time again. She knew her father was something of a disciplinarian, but her mother usually calmed him down whenever she was in trouble.
She had won some martial arts competitions, so she was a fairly confident girl as well. Julie was not afraid of muggers, or the dark streets, as she got closer to home, she even whistled a little tune. "Huh, I wonder if dad is going to be mad again...", she wondered out loud. In fact, she was hoping in time he would just get used to her coming home late, like other dads. She ran a hand through her short black hair and rang the door bell. Then she yawned slightly. Huh, maybe it was a bit later after all! The thought made her chuckle. Yeah, her dad was going to be mad!
The girl wore a yellow t-shirt and green shorts. She also had her bag with her from training. She was slender, but suprisingly strong in a fight. Most opponents underestimated her.

(I believe you said 10-16 range, so I'd say maybe somewhere 13-15, but you can decide exactly what age.) As soon as Mr. Sato heard the doorbell ring, he dashed to the front door. He saw his daughter standing there looking cocky and generally not having a care in the world. The part of him that was doubting if he should spank her is fading away. He says, "Julie Sato! Do you have ANY idea what time it is? I told you to be home 2 hours ago! This is no way for a young lady to behave. A good girl is home early!" He knew his parents would have beaten him and his sisters for being even 5 minutes late. They wouldn't have sat down for a month if they were 2 hours late and didn't even call. The anger in his eyes is evident.

Julie was a bit taken aback when she heard her father yell at her like that. She had half a mind to flip him on his ass there and then. But it was still her father. Despite that there still was a lot of difference in height and weight. While she was good in martial arts she had mostly fought girls. So she gave him sass. "Hey! Don´t shout at me like that! I am old and mature enough to go out after dark. Don´t be so authoritarian!", the girl back talked him.

Mr. Sato is almost embarrassed he hasn't spanked his daughter sooner! How could he have let her get THIS out of control? He and his sister's never would have dreamed of speaking with their parents in such a tone! This girl should consider herself lucky JUST to be spanked.

"Julie Sato," he growls, "you have no idea what authoritarian looks like. Go up to your room and I'll be there in a minute. Then we'll... Talk."

"We´ll see!", she said at his growling, with her nose high in the air. But Julie did obey. What else was she supposed to do? He could still make life hell for her, even if he did not spank her. But she still did not approve of his growling and intended to tell him as much, thinking as a teenager she had certain rights. The girl did not realize just in how much trouble she was.

Mr. Sato gives her a moment to go upstairs, and he collects his thoughts. Yes, he's definitely doing this. It's been a long time since the girl was last spanked, and he's got a pretty tough hand. That should be enough for now. He marches right upstairs and slams her door open. He walks to her bed and says, "Julie, bend over my knee. You're getting a spanking." He doesn't know if she'll obey or not, but if she doesn't, she'll wish she had!

Julie clearly didn´t feel like cooperating. So far her father had only talked about his sensibilities and well...they didn´t much matter to her, while he had ignored hers.

Mr. Sato had also trained in the martial arts when he was younger and had been part of Julie's training, too. She was a good fighter for the teenage category, but still a bit predictable. He had wished his teenage daughter would be more cooperative than he was 5, but perhaps he can teach that with time. He walks over to her, grabs her wrist, waits for her to counter-attack, and uses her own momentum against her to twist the arm behind her back so that he can lead her to the side of the bed.

"Oww...your hurting me!", Julie said and glared at her father angrily when he twisted her arm, which was quite painful. "Mooom! Dad has gone crazy!", she shouted while not fighting back at all, hoping to calm her father a little. She didn´t like this and thought her father was overstepping his boundaries. Right now well, he was really behaving like a brute.
