Some Medieval RP (F/F o M/F)

So... It's been quite a while since I started a new RP, but right now I have an idea that could be nice. My idea is to make a RP in the Middle Ages. Well... To be honest, though right now I'm more interested in a medieval RP, I'm also up to anything that takes place in the ancient times — such as Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire, for example — or as close to it as it gets — i.e. a post-apocalyptic future like Horizon Zero Dawn. I'd prefer it to be placed in an existing universe, though we may or may not use canon characters. However, we could also an original universe, as long as we can create a consistent world and plot (I mean, it makes no sense for a character who's being punished for swearing to suddenly yell "Fuck!" our something like that). By the way: no "play spankings", please. I simply cannot understand the point. Though I usually avoid them, explicit sex scenes are okay, as long as it does not become a major thing within the RP. Naked (both spanker and spankee) spankings are okay. I would rather play as spanker. See below for a more detailed list.

So far what I have in mind is:

Games:
→ Assassin's Creed
→ The Witcher
→ Skyrim (or another The Elder Scrolls game, I'm familiar with all of them)
→ RuneScape (I've never done a RP based on an MMORPG, could be fun. RuneScape is simply the one I'm more familiar with)
→ Horizon Zero Dawn (I love that game)

TV Shows:
Tbf I'm not very into series. So far I have only thought about two of them.

→ Game of Thrones
→ Merlin

This is the only one I have in mind, but feel free to suggest.

Animes
Same thing as series, I don't know about many middle ages themed anime. So far I've only thought about two of them, and neither are exactly placed in an old time since there is technology around, but close enough I guess, and popular enough so that most of you should be familiar with:

→ Naruto
→ Fairy Tail

Books
Now that's one I'm pretty into, cause I've read a lot of books medieval themed. Though some of them (i.e. The Witcher) I've already mentioned in the "games" section, so I feel I should skip them. There are also those I'm not very into RPing to be honest (Lord of the Rings -- I mean, it's great and I love it, but I'm not really interested in RPing it)

→ Percy Jackson (and Rick Riordan books in general: Kane Chronicles, Heroes of Olympus, Magnus Chase, Trials of Apollo, etc. I absolutely love them)
→ Narnia (though tbh I'm not sure of how that would work out)

I have nothing against OCs, and also have nothing against using canon characters; I have no problem with creating our own plot line or following (and changing as we roleplay) the canon events of an universe. The one thing I don't like to do is involving children (both as OCs and using child versions of existing characters, I don't like it).

Also... I am not exactly demanding for a partner who is willing to write long replies (though I have nothing against that, in fact I love paragraphs), but please, no one liners/two liners or something like that. Just keep it consistent. I mean... I understand that under some circumstances it's best to give short replies if there is not much to describe (otherwise it can make the RP boring if one is forcing himself to write long answers), just try to avoid one liners/two liners and things like that in general. I don't mind if that happens every now and then, but if that's a common occurrence, I'll probably stop replying.
