Jiro feels awful about what she did. It’s not like she wanted to do it! She studied all night and tried to cram as much information in as she could, but the second the paper was handed to her, her mind went blank. As much as she tried to keep up the heroic honesty, Momo sitting right next to her and blazing through the test was just too tempting. At first, she promised she’d just copy the few hardest questions. Just one or two then she’d be done. But two turned into three, into four, into the entire test! Of course, she had to get a few wrong on purpose so no one would be suspicious, but enough to get a good grade!

After handing in the test, she felt on cloud nine, nothing could bring her down! That was, until she began thinking about it throughout the day. Slowly but surely it began eating at her. At lunch, during training, even when she laid in bed. There was only one thing she could do to make this right. Slinkling over to Momo’s room, she knocked on the door wearing her purple pajama set. “Hey it’s uhhhh…It’s Jiro. Can I come in? I gotta tell you something” Guilt and uneasiness flooded her tone.

Momo went to the door and opened it. "Of course Kyoka, come right in. I'll always have time for you" she said with a smile as she greeted her friend. Although the smile quickly disappeared as she noticed Jiro being down in the dumps. "What's wrong?" she asked and guided her friend inside, closing the door behind her.

The second she saw that door open and she was faced with the reality of her situation, her heart dropped. Staring into those big brown pools made her feel even more guilty, and that smile broke her heart because she knows it's about to fade. It even faded before she could get a word out. "I...uhm..." She was going to say it in the hallway, but being escorted inside and the door closing behind her sealed her fate. There was no escape now. Swallowing hard, she finally whispered "I cheated off your test today...I'm sorry..." Jiro said in a hushed tone.

Momo's eyes widened, and her earlier smile had turned into a frown. "You did WHAT?" She then said, unsure if she heard right. "Kyoka, I lent you that test so you could do the really difficult answers! It wasn't for you to copy the whole thing! I can't believe you would do that..." Momo said, the hurt evident in her voice.

Flinching at the high pitched tone, she knew she deserved that and more. “Look, I panicked! I didn’t want to, I just really didn’t want to mess up on this test” she tried to justify her actions to her friend. “I know, I know. It’s not like I feel good about it” Jiro sighed. “I’m sorry, okay, I feel really bad about it!”

Momo sighed. "Kyoka..." She said in a low tone, unsure of how to think and feel. "I have an idea" she then said. "I know your feelings of guilt are probably genuine, but... I'm going to punish you for this. In return, I'll let it stay between us. Deal?"

That low tone made the girl hang her head in shame. She knows she messed up, that’s why she’s here after all, but hearing Momo made it all worse. But, it looks like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Looking up slightly, she brushed some of the hair that fell in her face. “Yeah, that’s fair. What do you have in mind?” Kyoka said, in almost a mumble.

Momo deliberated for a short time, until she looked at her friend. "I'm sorry. I know you will probably feel embarrassed when I suggest this, but... you're getting a spanking" Momo said.
