Lara's mind began to connect the dots, sure this girl didn't look anything like the other one, sort of cute really in a wallflowerish way, but she had that same expression the other had when meeting her, as if she was from a different planet. Who was she? Why was she here? Where the hell is here? All good questions she was hoping to get the answers to! Instead, she was being chastised by a topless lady in the middle of freakin' nowhere. Lara's mood only worsened as the girl babbled some apology and struggled to look away, only to sneak a peek right after facing her again. Were they really that distracting? It was as if she had stepped out of some old jungle sketch, even fit with the bowl hat. Well. The heels were a rather interesting change but certaintly not practical in a jungle like this and with a shake of her head, Lara was gripping the back of Elly's dress and hiking it upwards, leaving it up over her navel before abruptly bending her down over knee as she got to the ground. Striking away at the bouncy set of cheeks, Lara couldn't help but smirk a little at the girl's last remark, her anger cooling enough to pause with her motions as she rested the still warm hand against the even warmer backside. "Alright lass, you caught me in a rather bad mood admittedly but I ain't all that barbaric. Just tell me this and swear on it.Were you with the girl that came in earlier?" While she wasn't immune to being tricked, from all her times in this field, she had a pretty good knack for telling when someone was lying, and she figured this girl's reaction was leaning more towards the "clueless" side than the "trying to trick her" one. "...bugger." The girl without a doubt was telling the truth and Lara had went to bloody town on her ass. She wasn't sure whether she should get down to her knees and apologize profusely or flee the temple and live a life as a quiet nun somewhere but she was a thoughtful woman and so naturally, she helped Elly up before doing either of these options. "...come on then, chin up. I need to go after another lass and you're safer with me than waiting out there if someone else shows up." Keeping a stoic expression and firm tone helped Lara mask the waves of guilt and embarrassment she was feeling currently, one arm wrapping back around her bust as she began to march on.

She was a few yards ahead before she would pause, the words coming out difficult and quiet. "...sorry." It wasn't much, and it certaintly wouldn't take away the pain she had just inflicted, but atleast it showed the explorer was sorry for what she did. Continuing on, Lara tried to put her head back in the game so to speak. She was off to a very rough start but she had dealt with worse. Maybe. Shaking her head in disbelief, she called out after a moment,"Make sure you grab a torch and watch your step, things can get very complicated down here and the blokes who make these sort of things often tried to keep people like us out."

"I don't feel very safe..." She sniffled, the sudden realization hitting her that the weight on her back was, in fact, this stranger's rack she had just gotten into trouble for eyeing up. "You're going in there?" Elly asked, scampering to her feet to follow a few steps behind Lara. She abided her rule, grabbing and rooting a torch out of the wall to hold in front of her. The light revealed dusty corridors, cracks in the ceiling and floors and spider-webs to boot. All of which spelled 'no thanks' for her.

"You don't think maybe that's, like... a bad idea?" She reiterated.

Slowing her gait down to match Elly's soon the pair would venture deeper into the tomb, the torch providing a dim, but much clearer path forward. While Elly's concerns were indeed reasonable, it only made Lara snort with amusement as she glanced back. "Luv, I've been doing this for over a decade now, I assure you the safest spot is with me if you pay attention and listen to my orders. We just need to nab that other girl, get the idol, and you'll be back home with a nice ice pack before you know it, alright?"

Suddenly holding her hand back to halt Elly, Lara squinted at the ground ahead and frowned."Tricky...alright for this part you're going to need to move very slowly, alright? Like so." Actually uncovering her chest for once (she figured with her back to the other girl, there wouldn't be TOO much of a chance for peeping), Lara began to step forward on her toes, moving at a snail's breath pace. It took several minutes before Lara lowered her arm, other wrapping around her bosom as she turned to face the college girl and waving a hand. "And now you, do exactly as I just did, alright?"

The two's footsteps echoed off every hallway wall while the dim light of the torch showed off elaborate paintings, ancient murals and speech written in languages long lost to time. It'd be fascinating, if she weren't so damn cold and confused. Elly was never one for history, anyway.

Stopping as abruptly as she had started, she watched with a raised eyebrow as Lara proceeded along the seemingly empty ground. "...okay?" She asked. Sure, weird temples aside, it's not like there were any mummy's or traps in here like she'd see in a movie... then again, this woman seemed to know a lot better about the subject than her.

So very casually, Elly lifted her foot and tapped it down against the ground, following in Lara's footsteps. She sighed after, clearly not seeing the point. And per usual, she was starting to get distracted. "So... are we not gonna talk about what just happened?" Elly asked, very unaware of the danger they were in.
