What's left after all that? It sounds like you want someone to straight-up illustrate your comic, unless you plan on drawing the clothing yourself, or something. Since this is your first post, I will give you precisely one (1) serious answer. Dividing the writing/art duties between two people isn't unheard of, but generally either one of the two is paying the other, or they're both being paid by a third party. The number of skilled artists with no ideas of their own is vanishingly small. You have provided no links to the stories, no information about plot, content, setting, characters, or anything else that might serve to entice them. That is not a promising start.
This was the first result Google gave me for 'form drawing tutorials. Faces? This isn't the first result,
but it damn well should be. Yes, I know that isn't what you wanted, but it's liable to get you results a lot faster than your original post. It isn't against the site rules to seek artists for a collaboration, but if you want them to do it for free, it's not in your best interest to push the issue.
