Cul blinked and looked between the soldier and the woman. "Treason?! I have not done a thing!" He yelled. "I did not come to this world to just go back to prison! Do not affiliate me with this treasonous wench and let me go free!" He demanded as his eyes narrowed. There was no way he would go back to a jail cell that he had recently escaped from, at least not without a huge fight or by the look of it...a tantrum."

Aln honestly couldn't process this, any of this; project leader on the parallel leap project since her first son was no older than this odd one here, her career built around it and...
Her teeth clenched; he was yelling again, she couldn't concentrate.
Out of instinct, or maybe even just adrenaline, Aln found herself acting without quite realising it

"Cull!" She sharply reprimanded, grabbing him by the wrist and whirling him around to land a sharp smack on the seat of his pants for all to see "Hush." There was no room in her tone, nor her glare for there to be an argument "The facility..." she hesitated, noting that the stasis field was being lowered, obviously they thought she was his mother if they were letting her ramble this long "The facility has its' protocols. Now quiet and..." she sighed, finding herself quite reluctant in this respect when one of the soldiers motioned her forwards "...Come along."
She marched him with her to the waiting cell.

Cull glared at the woman when she called his name and had been taken off guard when she spun him around and landed a firm smack to his bottom, quickly covering it afterward. He could believe she had done that and stared at Aln dumbfounded. He looked down at the floor as he was lead away to the holding cell. "Y-you can't hit me..I-I..I'm a grown man." He said softly as he glared at the floor, not wanting to gaze at her own glare.

Seeing how subdued the boy seemed once they were secured inside the cell, Aln let go of his wrist with the deepest of sighs; she could tell him to hush all she liked but apparently it wouldn't help. Instead, she recovered a stern look "Enough. Look at yourself," She started, treating him now as if he really were a delusional being "You cannot tell me you believe yourself fully grown, for one your voice hasn't even begun to break" She paused a moment, reaching down to cup under his chin and pull his gaze to her's "And seeing as you don't appear to be suffering any sort of dwarfism, surely your height must be some sort of clue?"
Honestly she couldn't believe she was entertaining this little game much longer, especially not after the tantrum that had threatened to break back infront of the soldiers "Enough games now, this isn't the time."

Cull huffed. "I am an adult! I...I...wait...what's wrong with my voice?!" He had finally realized that his voice had changed and he had simply thought that maybe the world was just much bigger than his previous one. "I..I am a grown man! I am 30 and I have developed the universe transporter!" He said again as he walked off to find a mirror in order to see if his appearance had changed. "This...this isn't right! This is not right at all!" He yelled as he ran his hand through his hair.

Earlier, Aln would have scoffed at this little display; taking it as no more than an over dramatic show. But a thought had occurred to her...and though it was illogical, irrational even...given the circumstances it was rather hard to ignore "Who are you, really?" she tread cautiously towards him "You say you're a developer of a universe transporter...but that project has only been classified for a decade. Even if you were the child of one of the engineers..." she paused, still not believing herself to be drawing this conclusion "They wouldn't be the right age group for one your age...I hand picked them, I should know." her frown deepened at another thought "Did you do something to that genetic scanner up there?"

The now young Cul was in a state of shock. He had come to this universe to escape prison and start again, hopefully to have his genius recognized, but now to sent back to yet another prison! He looked over at the woman as she asked him the same question he had answered some time before. "I told you!!" He yelled loudly. "My name is Cull, I am 30, and I am from another universe! I am not from here and have not done a damn thing to your idiotic genetic scanner!"

Cull was not seething anger. If Aln had listened to him in the first place than he probably would have been able to walk out of there and be on his way! "I can not believe that the minute I got here I am now back in a prison because of YOU!" He yelled as his tail lashed out in anger. "You need to get me out of here now!! I don't belong here because I have done nothing wrong in this place, but yet those guards had affiliated me with you anyhow and now of all things...this!" He stated as he pointed ro his body. "The universal transporter must have messed up my genetic code and de-aged me because this is an obvious mistake."

Suffice to say, Aln was less than impressed with young Cul's manic ranting, so before he could get anymore worked up she strode over and once more seized the boy by the wrist "Listen, we're not going to get anywhere by pointing fingers at each other and raving like lunatics; so I suggest you calm down and explain yourself, thoroughly to me or you can just go ahead and stand in the corner until the guards come back. " the look in her eye told that there was far less patience to be entertained than earlier on "What shall it be?"

Cul looked up at her with the same annoyed glare as before. He didn't know how many times he was going to have to explain himself to this woman until she listened. He sighed softly as he began to explain himself. "I come from a parallel universe. Where I am from universal transportation is forbidden, but a group of scientists and I had been working on perfecting it all. One of my scientists reported me and I was to be sentenced to death after 5 years in prison. During those five years I worked on my escape plan which was to rebuild my universal transporter and go on my way. It worked successfully, but now I am imprisoned again...because of you!" He said, huffing softly as he looked away and grabbed his wrist back.

Aln processed the information with an unreadable expression; quietly piecing together a complete picture that finally made sense "You're a convict; who broke in to this facility using, in this world, classified and untested technology. I'm not to blame for your mistakes, and yet from the looks of things I probably should be." she straightened to her full height, studying the boy from down the bridge of her nose "That genetic scanner linked us; it didn't just accuse me of treason, it picked up a genetic similarity between us, far too close to just be a coincidence." she frowned further at him "Now before we go any further; I suggest you rope in that attitude of your's. It's counter-productive."
