I think the correct order is head to the Library first and talk to the woman behind the counter. Then go see Sister Anna and agree to assist her with some 'coaching'. Then immediately head back to the Library and Sister Anna will be the one guarding and you can have an additional 'coaching' scene with her. However if you see the scene with Sister Anna and your cousin Hanna then it will be too late to get the other scene. So if you miss the scene you will then just see the scene you saw where the original Librarian just walks off and disappears.

The mayor's daughter people mention is the one in Marida (The town you start in). She has two scenes one a Sub scene for the MC and one a Dom scene for the MC.

Okay yup that's what happened with that one. But I could have sworn in older versions that didn't matter which is why I did it that way.

As for the mayor's daughter I have to ask if you're sure. Because I know in older versions there was a daughter to the mayor in Melesandro.

While you are correct there used to be a daughter to the Mayor in Melsandro (the black man who lost his son used to be a black woman and in a different house as well so obviously there have been changes), he is correct that the Mayor's Daughter in the town you start from has two scenes...and I enjoyed doing both with her haughty and naughty ass.

Okay, I found her and can confirm it. I can also confirm this:

 

I had already done everything else in the game, so when I went back to Merida to find her I was only able to get one scene. I could click chat but she'd say she didn't want to talk. Or I could click Spanking and give her one. That's it. I tried reading her diary, but nothing happened. I tried several times and in several different ways. I hit yes to read her diary but the prompt fades, nothing new pops up on screen, and I can still move around.

I've always done that scene before leaving Merida so I am unsure how it is supposed to go end game. But I do know it work perfectly fine before leaving.

Yeah I can confirm that as well. I was confused why I couldn't get it to trigger and started a new game real quick to see. I think it's a time sensitive event type deal. Also I said I did everything else in my spoiler but that's not quite true. I have my second save for the scene with Hannah but I haven't done it yet. I also haven't done the secret inn, because I saw somewhere that you have to interact with a glory hole? Where the heck is that at.

Accessing the Secret Inn is connected to your interactions with another character.

 

You must complete the class with Sister Anna at the temple. Then you can begin another sidequests with the other Sister in the poor neighborhood (I don't have access to names at the moment). Afer that you will gain access to the secret inn. As for the glory hole that is inside the inn.

As Magnus mentions, the glory hole is inside. It's important as it also unlocks stuff. Inside and outside of the Inn. If the inn gets more scenes, I assume it will be opening up content outside the inn (like the glory hole) as scenes inside will need causes/triggers outside heh.

After talking to hole guard, and asking the inn owner about it, it pays to go poking around with the churches and church staff again....

Must admit I really like the hidden stuff, but can be so tricky as after you talk or interact with objects you tend to mark those as 'done' and don't touch them again. And if you then do something that changes them, opening them to more interactions, without a hint (or another quest that leads you back there to talk) you don't tend to talk to them again and find it.

A question for the abdl mode. Is there any way to get a diaper after completing the one event at night with the babysitter after which you don't wear it anymore. (outside of the other babysitting night scene) ?

In the second town there's vendor you can buy a diaper from. its a little market place

As Strapjob said, you can buy one from a vendor in the Melesandro. But in order to get access to that vendor you have to complete the quest line for the marketplace.
